About us
Intercontrol Metering Pumps Ltd provides sales, service and technical support for Barmag in the UK and Ireland.
Barmag pumps are used worldwide as precision process control components in a huge range of applications involving metering of liquid chemicals, processing plastics and polymers, fibre spinning and metering paints, dyes and oils.
The range encompasses:
Industrial and chemical precision pulsation-free metering pumps at pressures up to 250 bar.
Light-weight paint metering pumps optimised for robot spraying and rapid colour changes.
Hot-melt adhesive pumps with multiple outlets.
High viscosity pumps for media such as silicones, inks, adhesives, resins and other viscous liquids up to 1,500,000 mPas. These are available in a drum-pump version integrated into the follower plate.
Extrusion and pressure boosting pumps for the production of plastic profiles, sheet and film and for polymer recycling lines.
Other specialist pumps, e.g. for highly abrasive media.
All Barmag pumps are manufactured to the highest standards using the most durable abrasion and corrosion-resistant special steels, and are highly accurate, pulsation-free metering pumps. They are largely unaffected by variations in fluid temperature, pressure and viscosity. We can supply hermetically-sealed magnetic drive couplings and complete motor/pump sets pre-assembled, optimised for your application.
