About us
PCI Instruments is a UK manufacturer specialising in diaphragm seals, pressure and temperature instrumentation for the chemical, process, pharmaceutical, food and industrial sectors.
We have particular expertise in diaphragm seal solutions for aggressive, corrosive and demanding process media, including applications requiring exotic and specialist wetted materials such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Tantalum and Nickel.
Our product range includes flanged, threaded, hygienic and remote capillary diaphragm seals, along with pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature instruments and associated process instrumentation.
With in-house manufacturing, filling, calibration and technical expertise, we can supply both standard and bespoke assemblies to suit challenging process conditions including high temperature, vacuum, corrosive chemicals and difficult measurement applications.
PCI works closely with customers to select the correct diaphragm material, seal design, fill fluid and instrument arrangement for each application, particularly where conventional instrumentation may not be suitable.
