Ukraine REACH
Ukraine REACH entered into force in January 2025, with phased registration and notification deadlines now running. The process is more complex than EU REACH — careful preparation is needed, and timelines are longer than they appear. We provide complete UA REACH and UA CLP services: pre-registration, registration, lead registrant support, CLP notification, SDS, labelling, and Only Representative services.
Safety Data Sheets management
We author and update Safety Data Sheets in all EU languages — and for the US, Turkey, and Japan. We build Exposure Scenarios for substances and safe use information for mixtures. Or we take over your entire SDS portfolio: regular updates and compliance monitoring whenever classification or SVHC status changes.
Only Representative
Non-EU manufacturers supplying chemicals to the EU must appoint an Only Representative — an EU-established entity that takes over importers' REACH obligations. We provide complete OR services: registration management, authorisation, SDS and SVHC management, and ongoing ECHA communication. Your EU customers remain covered; your commercial relationships remain intact.
KKDIK
Turkey's KKDIK mirrors EU REACH in structure but operates as a separate legal framework with its own deadlines. For most EU exporters, the practical question is whether to register via a local Only Representative or a downstream user. We help map obligations, choose the right route, and manage the registration, knowing REACH is a head start, but not the full answer.
EU REACH
From registration strategy to dossier submission, and everything in between. We handle REACH registration across all tonnage bands: inquiry dossiers, data gap analysis, LoA procurement, SIEF coordination, Chemical Safety Reports, and exposure scenario development. We also support authorisation applications, downstream user obligations, and Only Representative services for non-EU manufacturers.
Eco/toxicology expertise
New CLP hazard classes (endocrine disruptors, PMT/vPvM, PBT/vPvB) require structured assessment, not conservative defaults. We offer three service tiers: rapid screening for early indicators, classification assessment per ECHA/EFSA guidance, and full detailed assessment for complex cases or consortia. Our ecotoxicology team has direct experience with ED, PMT, and PBT classification.
Classification, Labelling and Packaging
Classification underpins SDS content, labelling, PCN submissions, and REACH obligations. We've been performing hazard assessments under CLP since the regulation came into force — for substances and mixtures, in multiple languages. We review existing classifications, prepare and check labels, and provide ongoing classification services for companies managing larger portfolios.
Biocidal Product Compliance
Placing biocidal products on the EU or UK market involves active substance approval, product authorisation, and Article 95 listing — depending on where your substance sits in the process. We support manufacturers, importers, and active substance suppliers across all stages: product notification, authorisation applications, and representative services for non-EU AS suppliers.

UK REACH
Post-Brexit, EU REACH compliance does not satisfy UK obligations. UK REACH operates as a separate framework administered by the HSE with its own registration requirements and ongoing divergence from EU REACH. We provide complete UK REACH services: Only Representative appointments, registration support, and compliance monitoring as the two frameworks continue to develop independently.
