Cooking
At S4 Engineering, we help manufacturers optimise industrial cooking with advanced, fully automated Food and Beverage Processing equipment. Our solutions are designed for efficient production of pasteurised soup and sauces for the production of ready meals, soup, pizza sauce, pasta sauce, and meat or vegetable sauces (with or without particulates). Melting, Heating & Cooling
Consistent results from processing equipment are essential when manufacturing foods, sauces, liquid, or mixtures, and we understand how maintaining the optimal product temperature throughout the process is critical in ensuring quality and repeatability in your products. At S4 Engineering, we supply advanced food processing cooling systems and industrial food tank heating systems in a wide range of capacities to suit your needs. Melting, heating and cooling vessels can be designed and configured to your specific process and operational requirements, and can offer these vessels as free-standing units, with skid mounted solutions where required.
Mixing & Blending
Designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of hygiene, our industrial mixing and blending vessels are your go-to whether you require them for baby foods, health drinks, or lotions and creams. Our extensive and successful experience in Food and Beverage and Cosmetic processing makes us more than familiar with the requirements and state-of-the-art technology in the hygienic processing industry. We supply blending vessels and vacuum reactors designed to deliver controlled, repeatable blending, which are suited to products requiring consistent homogeneity, effective air removal and controlled processing under vacuum conditions. Both of these vessels can be fitted with integrated jackets to support in-vessel heat treatment, and where required we can also provide external temperature control; such as through plate heat exchangers, or a combination of internal and external heating and cooling. By upgrading your industrial mixing equipment, you will benefit from faster processing and a higher output, an enhanced quality and consistency across batches and thus a reduction of waste, and a reduced risk of contamination - to name a few.
Storage, Holding & Transfer
S4 Engineering's range of stainless steel transfer, holding and storage vessels are designed to keep liquid (or powder) ingredients stable, hygienic, and ready for use throughout your production process. Our primary aim is to centralise the distribution of your ingredients in an enhanced and efficient control environment. We specialise in keeping ingredients at the right temperature throughout the production process, and can tailor each component of the holding, storage, and transfer vessels to suit your specific capacity and production requirements. And as a bonus we can tailor the design of your stainless steel tanks and vessels to look and feel like your previous systems, but with the necessary upgrades you're looking for. 3D Scanning
Every project begins with a site survey, and 3D scanning can transform how this critical stage is delivered.
