Technical Manager

A GMP contract manufacturer in the Northwest seeks a full‑time Technical Manager. The role oversees site technical engineering, including facilities, safety, CAPEX, process improvement, PPM and reactive maintenance. Duties include developing SHE culture (DSEAR, HACCP, ISO9001/14001, FSSC22000), managing asset development and CAPEX strategy, customer communication, designing and installing powder‑processing equipment with GMP‑level validation, controlling maintenance budgets and teams, supporting QA and regulatory systems, and contributing to site strategy. Candidates should hold a Chemical Engineering degree, ideally be chartered or progressing toward it, have ~5 years of technical leadership experience, and strong background in process industries, CAPEX, HSE, quality systems and team development.
