The Unibloc® QuickStrip® PD200 series has been redesigned to complete the CleanPlus™ line. It is already the lobe pump processors reach for in precise, low-flow applications. Now the world's smallest hygienic lobe pump offers even more: long-lasting, high-accuracy performance in a compact package.

Suited to food, personal care, and specialty chemical products, the PD200 excels at low-flow dosing and metering and at filling-machine OEM integration. It also outperforms a gear pump with high-temperature or abrasive products and products with delicate inclusions.

FlushCap® bearings stabilize the rotors while letting cleaning fluid penetrate, making the pump Clean-in-Place (CIP) capable.

Bolt-free rotors remove any chance of damage from mis-torquing.
Fully machined stainless-steel rotors take plastic out of the process.

QuickStrip design lowers costs : The patented QuickStrip design minimizes parts and requires no tools for disassembly, cutting manual cleaning cycles from hours to minutes. Remove the ergonomic wing nuts, slide off the housing, and you've completed the fastest seal change of any QuickStrip pump. Less time maintaining pumps means more time producing.

Higher performance, higher productivity : Tighter tolerances support higher flow at lower speed and steadier performance as viscosity changes. Filling and dosing become more accurate, with less product slipping past the rotors. A single setup covers batches of different viscosities, and more working pressure at lower speed means less stress on the pump and a longer service life.
