toXcel expands cosmetic services to EU clients (toXcel Cosmetic Compliance Ltd)

toXcel opens an office in Ireland to provide services to our cosmetic clients in the EU so that we can act as Responsible Person. This will enhance the services already offered to UK clients by toXcel International.
