Rapid Sealing Solutions – M Barnwell Services 24 Hour Seal Maker Service can manufacture standard, bespoke and prototype fluid seals within 24 hours or sooner.

Our experienced and knowledgeable engineers can manufacture urgently, standard or special seals, in a variety of quality materials, including Elastomers: Nitrile (NBR), Viton (FPM/FKM), Silicone, EPDM, Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Aflas® (FFKM) and plastics: Polyurethane (AU), UHMW-PE, PEEK, PTFE, Polyamide (Nylon) and Polyacetal.

We can produce seals on site up to 520mm O.D. and larger sizes available upon request. A 24-hour service is subject to conditions and availability.
