The Bray Acris® Series 24/25 PFA-lined butterfly valves are engineered for bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff in highly corrosive and ultrapure applications. With a fully molded PFA liner and disc, these valves offer maximum resistance to corrosion, permeation, and microbial contamination, ensuring long-term reliability and purity.
Applications: chemical and petrochemical, semiconductor manufacturing, ultrapure water and reverse osmosis, chlor-alkali, ion exchange, vacuum service, wastewater treatment.
Media Compatibility: chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, organic solvents, caustics, strong oxidizing agents, viscous liquids, and ultrapure water.
Design Features: 360° seat energizer, live-loaded stem sealing, extended shaft over-molding, high-strength stainless steel stem, and energized flange seal.
