Parallel Reactor Station: Keiron S

The Keiron S system is designed for experimental research and process analytical control.
It comprises 1–10 independently operable reactor cells with configurable working volumes of 15 mL, 85 mL, and 160 mL, Other volumes available upon request. The modular design enables precise adjustment and high reproducibility of process-critical parameters, supporting controlled experimental conditions.

Continuous 24/7 data acquisition from each reactor cell ensures full process monitoring and enables downstream data-driven analysis, significantly improving transparency, comparability, and scalability of results.

The operating temperature range of −20 °C to +160 °C provides broad methodological flexibility for studying diverse material systems under varying thermodynamic conditions.

With a scalable software architecture, Keiron S can operate as a single system or as multiple instances within an AME server environment. It can also be integrated into existing infrastructure upon request. Role-based user management enables simultaneous execution of private and shared experiments within the same system, ensuring efficient resource use while maintaining access control and data integrity.

Process automation has been streamlined to reduce setup time, improving operational efficiency, reproducibility, and R&D throughput.

The system includes a 2-year service agreement ensuring operational reliability and predictable maintenance costs. In case of service needs, a loan or replacement unit is provided to ensure uninterrupted operation.
