Established in the 70's by founder Mick Masters, we have matured into a 3rd generation successful SME with over 210 employees and are in the top 100 Bedfordshire’s leading privately owned companies. We operate a 24-hour Distribution Centre from Dunstable, a satellite transport depot and logistics platform in Burton-Upon-Trent and 6 warehouses with 700,000 sq. ft of storage space for palletised goods and fulfilment services. Operating 60 trucks/trailers for distribution throughout the UK, all drivers are ADR trained with warehouses adapted for ADR storage and handling. We reach all UK postcodes next day with pallets and parcels either collected from your premises, or picked from our warehouses via our associations with Palletline and The Hazchem Network, and have an operation handling and delivering over a million deliveries and warehouse picks annually. Warehousing: Our facilities include hibay, narrow aisle and wide aisle racking (all erected to SEMA standards), block stack storage, and shelved pick faces (including Pallite). In addition, we operate a dedicated ADR facility, temperature-controlled storage (refrigeration and freezer units / heated compartments). We are experienced in a suite of ‘Value Added Services’ (VAS) including light manufacturing, complex picking and packing, relabelling, quality control, kitting and bundling, and e-commerce solutions. Distribution: Our own transport service is supplemented by over 150 depots within Palletline and The Hazchem Network enabling a nationwide service for pallet and parcel delivery with a range of next day, economy, timed services, and final mile logistics including reverse and third-party collections, tail lift and lift assist deliveries, handballing at point of delivery, small vehicle, and two-man deliveries. Our WMS is integrated with several large parcel carriers such as DPD, Evri, DX, DHL and FedEx for UK and international carton shipments. We also collaborate with approved third-party sub-contractors for full load and international freight forwarding.
