Bray Acris® Series 24/25
PFA Lined Butterfly Valve. Bidirectional Bubble-Tight Shutoff for Demanding Environments. Trusted Worldwide for Ultrapure Water, Chemical, and Semiconductor Applications Acris® PFA-Lined Butterfly Valves: Superior Sealing for Corrosive and High-Purity Services The Bray Acris® Series 24/25 PFA-lined butterfly valves are engineered for bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff in highly corrosive and ultrapure applications. With a fully molded PFA liner and disc, these valves offer maximum resistance to corrosion, permeation, and microbial contamination, ensuring long-term reliability and purity. Applications: chemical and petrochemical, semiconductor manufacturing, ultrapure water and reverse osmosis, chlor-alkali, ion exchange, vacuum service, wastewater treatment. Media Compatibility: chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid, organic solvents, caustics, strong oxidizing agents, viscous liquids, and ultrapure water. Design Features: 360° seat energizer, live-loaded stem sealing, extended shaft over-molding, high-strength stainless steel stem, and energized flange seal. Certified to SIL 3 safety standards, the Acris® Series 24/25 valves are trusted worldwide in industries from Asia’s semiconductor fabs to North America’s chemical plants and Europe’s water treatment facilities. With sizes NPS 2–24 (DN 50–600) and temperature range -20°F to 320°F (-29°C to 160°C), these valves deliver zero-leakage, long service life, and cost-effective performance globally.

Bray/Rite® - Check Valve
Bray/Rite® Sized Design Minimizes Wear and Enhances Service Life. Ideal for Control Valves and Low-Pressure Systems. Enhanced Service Life with Shape-Optimized Check Valves Bray/Rite® wafer combination swing check valves are flow activated, and Rite Sized. Bray/Rite® inlet ports and disc have been shape optimized to achieve a fully open position at low flow rates (3 ft/s on average). Therefore, the Bray/Rite® operates exceptionally well in the flow rates typically found in pipelines containing control valves and lines with varying media flows. Compare the Bray/Rite® to typical full-sized swing check valves-- Due in part to their oversized, heavier discs, these valves only fully open at an average flow rate of 11 ft/s. When activated at a lower flow rate, these valves loose true controllability and do not fully open. A partially open disc creates an obstruction that produces a higher pressure drop and fluttering of the valve disc - disturbing the flow and increasing the chance of water hammer. Bray/Rite® is Rite Sized to eliminate these problems. It has been engineered to accelerate line media through the valve and achieve a virtually unobstructed full opening in low pressure. Rite Sized, combined with the limited movement of internal parts during operation, reduces wear – enhancing the long service life of a Bray/Rite® valve.

McCannalok™ - Bray Series 4X
High Performance Butterfly Valve. Zero-Leakage Valves with API 607 Certification for High-Pressure and High-Temperature Applications. High-Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valves for Extreme Service Conditions Reliable Zero-Leakage Butterfly Valves for High Pressure and Temperature Applications The Bray McCannalok™ High-Performance Butterfly Valve is engineered for critical industrial applications requiring zero leakage, high pressure, and high temperature performance. Featuring Bray’s patented double offset disc and stem design, the McCannalok™ valve minimizes torque, reduces seat wear, and extends service life beyond 100,000 cycles under extreme pressure. Proven in independent and internal testing, the McCannalok™ valve delivers bi-directional zero-leakage sealing in severe media such as steam, hydrogen, sour gas (NACE), corrosive chemicals, seawater, and high-temperature gases. With a firesafe API 607 design option and available resilient or metal-seated configurations, the McCannalok™ valve ensures dependable shutoff in refineries, chemical plants, power generation, water treatment, and critical process industries worldwide. Series 19/19L - Segmented Ball Valve
Certified ASME B16.34 Ball Valves for Chemical and Mining Operations Worldwide. Enhanced Durability for Chemical and Power Generation Industries ASME B16.34-Certified Ball Valves for Precision and Durability Bray’s Series 19/19L segmented ball valves combine the shearing action typically found in knife gate valves with the control characteristics and sealing performance found in ball valve. Series 19 and Series 19L segmented ball valves feature a characterized segment with wide rangeability and high flow capacity with exceptional rotary control valve performance. Designed for throttling applications, Series 19/19L segmented ball valves also deliver excellent sealing performance in on-off applications, achieving Class VI in resilient and Class IV sealing performance in metal seated trims. Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34 standards, Series 19/19L segmented ball valves feature a spring-assisted, pressure-balanced seat design. The springs maintains constant pressure against the segment, ensuring effective sealing at low differential pressures, while the pressure-balanced design also ensures effective sealing at full differential pressure with smooth, low torque operation. The Series 19/19L seat design also directs flow away from the sealing area, enhancing durability. The one-piece cast body, reduces weight and increases rigidity while eliminating potential leak paths. Bray's Series 19L segmented Ball Valve further enhances the standard Series 19 for highly abrasive slurry and severe service applications. Bray's proprietary advanced coating technology is applied to the internal surfaces of the valve body and segment to provide increased hardness and resistance to erosion. This advanced coating technology provides higher bond strength over other commonly used coating technologies throughout the industry. A field-replaceable erosion-resistant liner is installed in the downstream bore to protect the body from impingement by high-velocity abrasive flow media.
