      Unibloc Hygienic Technologies

For more than 30 years, Unibloc Hygienic Technologies has been engineering precision flow control solutions for the world's most demanding industries — pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetics, transportation, and beyond. Under four specialist brands — Unibloc®, Flotronic®, Standard Pump, and Hygenitec™ — we deliver positive displacement pumps, air-operated diaphragm pumps, drum pumps, and a full range of hygienic flow control products designed to fight downtime, lower operational costs, and keep production moving with confidence. Our latest innovation, the Unibloc® CleanPlus™ lobe pump, sets a new benchmark for hygienic pump design. Bolt-free rotors eliminate damage from improper torquing. All-stainless-steel construction removes any risk of contamination. And the proprietary QuickStrip® design cuts manual cleaning cycles from hours to minutes — freeing your team for the work that matters. From pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotech to chemical processing and tanker fleets, Unibloc products perform where the stakes are highest. 2. Universal ATEX tablet enclosures: a more sustainable approach to Zone 2/22 deployments?

Universal ATEX tablet enclosures: a more sustainable approach to Zone 2/22 deployments?

Tablets are now routinely used to support inspection rounds, maintenance reporting, asset integrity checks and digital documentation. When these activities take place in classified areas such as ATEX Zone 2 and Zone 22, the equipment selected must be suitable for the defined hazardous area. Unlike office-based IT deployments, hazardous area tablet use introduces additional considerations. Certification applies to a defined assembly, and mechanical integrity of the enclosure system forms part of that suitability. At the same time, operational teams often expect the same flexibility and refresh cycles seen in conventional IT hardware. Balancing hazardous area suitability with long-term deployment planning is therefore not simply a matter of selecting a compliant device. It requires consideration of how the tablet solution will be managed across its operational lifecycle.

    8. When you want to run mixing trials in a real plant

When you want to run mixing trials in a real plant

As a producer in the chemical or food industry, at some point you’ll want to have validated a new mixing process. If lab results aren’t conclusive enough -and if, without being able to test the process under real conditions, critical deviations may arise in dosing time, product stability, or line efficiency -one viable solution is the temporary rental of an in-line mixing unit. Have you ever considered it? In one of our customers’ cases, it enabled them to simulate continuous, full-scale production of plant-based milks directly at their facility. The outcome was rapid validation, precise adjustments, and a safe start-up of the new product. Best of all: the savings. In every sense. Testing in real conditions: the key to reducing uncertainty
