Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Live

We understand that attending a FAT in person requires time, travel and coordination — costs that do not always fit within project budgets.

FAT — Factory Acceptance Tests — are equipment acceptance tests carried out by the client, performed at our factory prior to delivery.
By streaming FAT sessions live, we give our clients real-time access to the tests from anywhere in the world, without sacrificing any rigour or detail compared to an on-site visit.
What is a FAT and why does it matter?
All our equipment goes through our own quality control process — a rigorous, structured validation procedure. Additionally, some companies require FAT to be performed before the product leaves the facility.

The tests follow a previously defined, sequential protocol covering a series of functional checks and verifications, safety verifications, calibration readings and compliance with the agreed technical specifications.

Traditionally, clients who wish to witness a FAT at our facilities travel to our site. For other clients, particularly those located in distant markets, this is not always straightforward. Logistics, travel costs and scheduling all come into play. This is exactly what live FAT sessions via streaming are for: we bring clients into the process, from wherever they are.

Our clients can follow every step of the acceptance tests in real time, from their own premises.

This is precisely what we did recently for a client in the Chinese market. Unable to travel for the test session, they connected remotely and followed the complete FAT procedure live, interacting with our technical team throughout the entire process.
