SPIRAL JET MILLS | PRODUCTION UNITS
The ProMill Series is purpose-engineered for continuous pharmaceutical industrial production, from the 0.2 kg/h small-campaign to the 800 kg/h full-scale run. The ProMill-20 handles batches up to 10,000 kg. The ProMill-8 enters the kilo-lab seamlessly. Between them, every commercial scenario is covered. At the core is a design philosophy that minimizes downtime risks. Quick assembly and disassembly design for easy cleaning and maintenance. Product changeover that once consumed a shift now takes a fraction of the time. Every component is engineered for consistent PSD, safety and productivity. Micronization precision is absolute. Ultra-fine particles down to D90 < 3 μm with tight, reproducible PSD, the kind of consistency your quality team demands, batch after batch. The ProMill series is engineered to meet the needs of production facilities where large volumes are processed in a flexible and efficient operation. The ProMill series belongs to the spiral jet mill family and is the result of an unparalleled optimization study. This optimization reduces process gas consumption while improving process performance, yield, and product changeover time. KEY ADVANTAGES - Custom-designed to ensure perfect integration into your installation space - Quick product changeover and cleaning: easy assembly/disassembly minimizes downtime and cleaning time - Efficient, continuous production to meet your annual KPIs Contact us to request the new brochure: sales@fps-pharma.com

SPLV
A range of Pumps specifically designed for Low Viscosity Applications such as Water, Solvents, Isocyanates etc. Unlike any other pumps available on the market the SPLV will accurately pump these fluids at pressures up to 50 bar. Our low viscosity metering pumps combine advanced materials that have been specifically chosen with food applications in mind and address the demands of more challenging environments. Pulsation Free High Precision Repeatability Relatively high pressure capability Magnetic Coupling as standard for zero leakage Complete Drive solutions available with standard or ATEX drive Metallic rather than plastic components for extended pump life Fast delivery times

Spray Dryer Monitoring Vision System
CANTY Spray Dryer Monitoring Systems are vision based, industrial camera/light combinations used to view spray nozzle patterns in real time. This allows operators to see changes in the profile of the spray pattern, and detect clogging/bearding before it becomes a problem. Operators can easily view for product build-up before there is a chance for fire.

Spray Shields
FT Gas Control offers a range of bespoke safety spray shields, which are made to suit client application. Designed and developed to contain and detect hazardous spray-out, the shields are deployed to protect equipment and personnel should a leak or spray-out of acids, chlorine, caustics, chlorine and/or other dangerous liquids occur at piping connections. Also known as flange guards, the spray shields are available for all ANSI, DIN, PN, BS flange sizes and produced from polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE, PVC and stainless steel. Manufactured from single and multi-layered clear cloth for easy visibility, PTFE safety shields can also be made from or a coloured cloth with a pH leak-indicating patch. This version features weep holes that allow the patch to not only immediately highlight a leak but also change colour, to green in the presence of an alkali or red if an acid; the safety shield may be reused via simply replacing the pH patch. Shields are appropriate for indoor or outdoor use and are resistant to sun, rain, and fumes and UV stable. Fire and tear resistant with a broad range of chemical resistance, FT Gas Control’s cloth shields are quick and straightforward for one person to install via their Velcro fasteners and drawstrings. Expansion joint shields – manufactured only from single, clear, standard PTFE – also feature a pH leak-indicating patch to signal leaks and weep holes that allow that patch to change colour. Velcro fasteners and draw strings allow the expansion joint shields to be readily attached and allow for any joint movement without impacting effectiveness. These shields are available for and appropriate to all expansion joint styles and brands. Contact FT Gas Control Systems Ltd via enquiries@ftgascontrol.co.uk or 01543416024 for any further information concerning the ranges of spray shields or to discuss their deployment with regard to your particular need.

SRB (Sulphate Reducing Bacteria) Test Kit
Sulphate Reducing Bacteria Test Kits | SRB Tests SKU: 10010357 For the semi quantitative detection of Sulphate Reducing Bacteria. Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) are microorganisms that have the ability to produce corrosive sulphide which can, in turn cause a variety of issues for many industrial sectors – such as the corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and masonry, discoloration of metal fluids and the production of foul-smelling gases. SRB Test Kits are fast, efficient, and easy to use for the detection of such microbial induced corrosion (MIC) caused by Sulphate Reducing Bacteria, with a large window of detection from bacterial concentrations as little as >10 SRB cfu/ml up to >10⁴ SRB cfu/ml. Results can be interpreted up to 6 days incubation, with high levels of contamination indicated in as little as 24 hours. Each of our semi quantitative SRB Test Kits comprises of x10 plastic tubes filled with selective culture media to encourage the growth of Sulphate Reducing Bacteria. All kits are packaged securely in fitted boxes with an easy-to-follow instruction leaflet, providing all the information required for testing. SRB Test Kits can be used to test a vast range of industrial samples including; Metal working fluids, Lubricants and oils, Water (tanks, environmental, process etc.), Fuel tank sediment, Corrosion pits/surfaces, soil, mud and core. For more information regarding our SRB test kits or for details on bulk order discounts, please feel free to contact us.
