CPO Pumps
The Ruhrpumpen CPO is a single-stage, end-suction ANSI B73.1 chemical process pump engineered for reliable handling of corrosive, abrasive, and solids-laden fluids. Equipped with a semi-open impeller, the CPO provides excellent solids-handling capability and simple, precise wear adjustment, ensuring long-term hydraulic efficiency even in demanding chemical applications. Designed with a best-in-class power frame, the CPO offers extended L10 bearing life—up to 75,000 hours at maximum speed and impeller diameter—supported by oversized bearings, fin-cooled housings, and large oil sump capacity for superior lubrication. Its robust shaft design delivers exceptional stiffness (L3/d4 ratio), significantly reducing shaft deflection and improving the lifetime of mechanical seals. The CPO pump features an optimized seal chamber that enhances flushing and cooling, helping vapors, gases, and entrained solids escape away from the seal faces for longer seal life. It is compatible with a wide range of mechanical seal options, including component, cartridge, and API 682 configurations. With corrosion-resistant material options—including ductile iron, carbon steel, 316L stainless steel, duplex, Hastelloy, zirconium, and PFA-lined constructions—the CPO adapts to a broad spectrum of chemical processing conditions. Typical Applications: Solids handling, chemical transfer, off-loading operations, waste acids, alkalis, distillates, and general process duties where reliability, maintainability, and ANSI standardization are required.

CREATE A SAFER & MORE EFFICIENT WORKPLACE with Brady Floor Marking Solutions
IMPROVE SAFETY By using a standard colour-coding for floor tape and paint, you can easily warn workers at-a-glance of hazardous areas, equipment or forklift traffic paths. Workplace safety is improved when employees are visually aware of unsafe areas, when items are stored in their designated areas and when safe walking paths and exit routes are clearly marked. • Mark traffic lanes: marking aisle ways and exit paths throughout your facility helps to emphasise the safest path to walk through. This helps to keep pedestrians and forklifts safe, and provides quick egress guidance in an emergency. • Highlight unsafe areas: hazards that are consistently marked with bright colours (red/yellow) quickly tell employees which areas are unsafe or should be kept clear.

Crest EOV Thermoplastic Mech Sealed Pumps
The corrosion resistant EOV centrifugal pump range gives you up to 15% increase in performance whilst consuming up to 20% less power compared to the previous industry trusted ECC range. This huge improvement in efficiency means you will reduce your energy consumption costs and reduce your risk of unplanned downtime.

Crest Surge Vertical Immersible Pumps
The Surge range replaces the previous VSL range of vertical immersible corrosion resistant pumps, built upon the tried and tested rugged reliability of the VSL but with developments in the casing and impeller design, generating up to 30% greater performance whilst consuming less power. Designed and manufactured in the UK with the simplicity of 5 models sharing as many common components as possible, it enables quicker lead times and even more competitive pricing. All Surge pumps feature a standard column length of 400mm and are offered with optional extras including suction extensions, non-return valves, strainers and level control switches which are all readily available.

CrodaTherm 5
CrodaTherm 5 is an organic phase change material (PCM) derived from plant-based feedstocks and has the form of a crystalline wax solid or oily liquid depending on temperature. It can be used for the compact storage of thermal energy and for thermal regulation, for example in cold chain logistics. It has a 100% renewable carbon content and is readily biodegradable.

Croffles
EURO-MATIC UK LTD Croffles for industrial use Croffles are hollow plastic balls that float on the surface of plating, chemical and process tanks to form a flexible cover. They cut heat loss, fumes and evaporation, so you save energy, reduce chemical loss and improve working conditions. Plus, they are simple to install and no maintenance. Ideal for a wide range of industries, from chemical processing to food and beverage production: Save up to 75% on energy bills. Reduce evaporation by at least 91%. Cut fumes, odour and chemical loss. Improve air quality and comfort for operators. Use our ball calculator to work out exactly how many balls you need. Cryo-Ring™ Seals
Vulcan Seals Cryo-Ring™ is the perfect low-cost 'O'-ring sealing solution for cryogenic applications, where low temperature demands are required. Liquid Oxygen or Hydrogen are ideal applications for a Cryo-Ring™ or Cryogenic seals due to it’s lower temperature operating limit of -250°C (-418°F) compared to an encapsulated Silicone core limited to -60°C (-75°F). With a 302 Stainless Steel spiral wound spring, encapsulated with either an FEP or PFA, a Cryo-Ring™ or Cryogenic seal is used within a wide variety of industries such as transportation, food, pharmaceutical and chemical.

Crystal16®
The Crystal16® parallel crystallizer is a multiple reactor station providing a screening solution for solubility determination, solid-state research, and process development: medium-throughput crystallization studies at a 1 mL scale.

CrystalBreeder™
The CrystalBreeder™ is the first crystallizer dedicated to both development and discovery, carrying out complete crystallization screens with as little as 1 mg of sample.

Crystalline™
The Crystalline™ is a unique analytical instrument at a working volume of just 2.5 to 5 mL, that allows scientists to access crystallization and formulation information at milliliter scale. With 8 in-line microscopic cameras reaching up to 0.63 microns per pixel, seeing what is happening in the vial has never been easier.

Crystallization
We offer the crystallization reactor (SS304 construction, temperature range 4–80°C, equipped with a spiral ribbon agitator and temperature-controlled jacket) at our facility for controlled crystallization and solid recovery processes. The system will enable precise control over temperature profiles and mixing conditions, ensuring uniform supersaturation and crystal growth for a variety of products. Its design will support efficient heat transfer and consistent agitation, allowing optimization of crystal size, purity, and yield. This capability will be integral to downstream processing, product refinement, and scale-up of crystallization operations within our process development activities.

Crystallography
Our Crystallography facility houses a Rigaku Oxford Diffraction Xcalibur 3 diffractometer and a soon-to-be-commissioned Rigaku XtaLAB Synergy-i. These instruments are widely used in drug discovery, structural biology and much more.
