NBR / PVC
Rubaloy isn’t just another rubber compound. It’s a specially engineered blend of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), designed to meet the rigorous demands of today’s industrial, automotive, and construction sectors. NBR-PVC is a perfect middle ground—stronger and more flexible than rigid PVC, more resistant than conventional rubbers. Grades Available Rubaloy - 70 The most popular general-purpose grade of fluxed NBR/PVC in the ratio of 70:30. It is a non – staining, oil, fuel, ozone, abrasion and weather resistant polymer, produced using medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. Rubaloy - 703G General purpose performance grade that exhibits an excellent balance between processability, physical properties and chemical resistances. Rubaloy - 6040 Non-staining, blend of NBR (33% ACN content) and PVC designed to meet very high ozone, abrasion and oil resistance standards. Rubaloy - SS A unique blend of Nitrile Rubber and Polyvinyl Chloride with a very high percentage of Plasticizers. The unique blending technique prevents plasticisers from coming to the surface. Exceptionally low hardness while still maintaining good physical properties. The oil extension done at our enc reduces production time significantly, improving cost efficiency and increasing production capacities. Rubaloy - H7380P Rubaloy – H7380P is a Non-staining polymer made from 40% ACN content NBR and designed especially for very highly Oil & Fuel resistance. It has also been carefully formulated to achieve high Gasohol resistance. Like all grades of Rubaloy, it displays exceptional physical properties along with ozone, abrasion and weathering resistance. It has been built using high ACN content Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and other high quality materials and additives. It contains no plasticizer and is Pthalate free. This grade also exhibits improved processability and surface finish.

Factice
Factice, a vulcanized unsaturated vegetable or animal oil, plays a crucial role as a processing aid and property modifier in the rubber industry. By cross-linking fatty-acid chains with sulphur or sulphur monochloride, factice enhances the processing characteristics and ozone resistance of rubber compounds. Depending on the type and amount used, factice can improve dimensional stability, reduce mill sticking, and enhance the overall haptics of rubber products. Its applications range from improving extrusion conditions to preventing shrinkage and bleeding of liquid ingredients, making it indispensable for producing high-quality rubber goods. The main benefits of using factice as a processing aid in rubber compounds include: - Improved plasticizer, absorption and retention - Enhanced dimensional stability - Reduced mill sticking - Lower mixing temperatures - Reduced shrinkage - Improved extrusion and calendering - Enhanced ozone resistance - Better degassing - Improved/enhance tactile properties Grades Available AgM:BSS Oil Extended Factice AgM:B2H Brown Factice AgM:YH Yellow Factice AgM:WS1 White Factice AgM:PF Peroxide Factice N.b. Perlite
Perlite, Al2CaFe2K2MgNa2O12Si, is a natural volcanic mineral which, after thermal treatment, resembles polystyrene balls in appearance, pumice in structure, and is chemically similar to glass. Perlite ore is extracted from the deposit using the open pit method. After mining, the rock is crushed and ground into sand. The sand is then sorted into fractions, this is an important process because the size of a specific fraction determines what type of expanded perlite we will obtain in further processing. The perlite sand goes to expansion plants. There it is subjected to thermal treatment, which increases its volume. Perlite expands at temperatures over 900°C. Then, chemically bound water molecules are released, which are a characteristic feature of this mineral. The escaping water causes the material to expand. As a result of this process, perlite increases its volume by up to twenty times. As a result, its density and bulk weight also decrease by twenty times, thanks to which we obtain a light and porous aggregate. Through our partner Perlipol we can offer a range of expanded, filtration and treated Perlites. We also offer expanded vermiculite for agriculture and animal husbandry. Grades Available Filtration (Ground) Multiple grades available with Average particle sizes ranging from 20 µm - 70 µm Construction (Expanded) EP150 Grain Size 0.00mm - 1.25mm EP180 Grain Size 0.00mm - 3.00mm EP200 Grain Size 0.00mm - 6.00mm Hydroperl Hydrophobic perlite Vermiculite Multiple grades available ranging from Superfine to Large and Micronised N.b. Plaster
Plaster, specifically Plaster of Paris, is a quick-setting gypsum plaster made of fine white powder (calcium sulphate hemihydrate) that hardens when wet and left to dry. Its chemical formula is CaSO4.1/2H2O indicating that it is a dihydrate compound. When heated it forms an anhydrous calcium sulphate. Plaster and Plaster of Paris exhibits several properties, including being fire-resistant, with low expansion (expanding slowly and slightly upon setting), and forming a robust surface to resist regular knocks after drying. Plaster of Paris is non-flammable, and non-combustible, and has low chemical reactivity. Plaster is most commonly valued for being easily and rapidly mixed in with very good uniform dispersion and stable rheology properties, although other performance benefits include: - Easily dispersed with stable rheological properties - Good cure rates and thermal conductivity - High chemical resistance - High purity grades can be used in specialist pharmaceutical and food manufacturing Grades Available AgM:P10 Alpha Plaster AgM:P20 Beta Plaster/Casting Plaster AgM:P30 Jiggering Plaster AgM:P40 Ram Press Plaster AgM:P50 Ceramic Moulding Plaster AgM:P60 Case Plaster
