Technical Operations Chemist
The Technical Operations Chemist role provides hands-on experience and exposure within a production environment, Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
This is a multi-disciplinary position encompassing laboratory work, scale-up and production synthetic chemistry. The role supports continuous improvement programmes, technical problem-solving, root cause investigations and the management of non-conformances. As a key member of the UK Technical Team, the Technical Operations Chemist is responsible for driving operational excellence, working closely with the Technical Manager and Production Teams to ensure manufacturing operations align with quality and safety standards. The role also plays a critical part in managing development and scale-up projects.
