Territory Manager (HI&I & Personal Care)
The Territory Manager reports to the Personal Care Sales Manager and has responsibility for the sales of an agreed range of products into a clearly defined geographical area or set of customers.
The key functions for the Territory manager are as follows:
To fully understand Cornelius Customers and the value that our products and services provide relative to the competition, thus defining our leverage capability and helping to inform decisions about pricing and volume allocation for both existing and new products being sold to each customer.
To deliver and surpass the target gross profit established for the territory
To establish strong relationships and works closely with other internal teams

Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager reports to the Head of Site for Cornelius Specialties and is responsible for all aspects of engineering at the site and the leadership of the engineering team.
Technical Operations Chemist
The Technical Operations Chemist role provides hands-on experience and exposure within a production environment, Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This is a multi-disciplinary position encompassing laboratory work, scale-up and production synthetic chemistry. The role supports continuous improvement programmes, technical problem-solving, root cause investigations and the management of non-conformances. As a key member of the UK Technical Team, the Technical Operations Chemist is responsible for driving operational excellence, working closely with the Technical Manager and Production Teams to ensure manufacturing operations align with quality and safety standards.
