Projex Solutions provides site and construction management services that help clients safely coordinate and deliver construction and installation activities across industrial, chemical, manufacturing and process sector projects. Our services are designed to maintain control throughout construction, reduce risk on site and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational and regulatory requirements.

We support projects from pre-construction planning through to commissioning and handover. Our team provides practical leadership, contractor coordination and day-to-day site management to help ensure activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved designs and project objectives.

Projex Solutions supports Construction Design and Management (CDM) compliance and can act as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations. We help clients manage health and safety responsibilities, coordinate contractors and reduce construction risks throughout project delivery.

Our services also include site-based client project management support, construction management, commissioning support and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) management. We work closely with contractors, suppliers and operational teams to ensure systems are installed, tested and handed over correctly while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.

We also provide CompEx inspections for hazardous area electrical installations, helping clients maintain compliance and safe operation within potentially explosive environments. In addition, we support equipment improvement projects to improve reliability, safety and operational performance.
