Project Management & Execution

Engineering Design
Projex Solutions provides engineering design services that support industrial, manufacturing, chemical and process sector projects from concept development through to detailed construction information. Our multidisciplinary capability helps clients develop safe, efficient and practical solutions aligned with operational, regulatory and commercial requirements. Our services cover process, mechanical and EC&I engineering disciplines. We produce process design documentation including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process calculations, control philosophies and pressure relief studies. These services help clients understand, optimise and safely manage their operations while ensuring systems are designed for reliable long-term performance. Within mechanical engineering, we provide layouts, construction drawings, pipework design, equipment integration, 3D modelling and 3D scanning services. Process Safety & Plant Operation

Projex Solutions supports Construction Design and Management (CDM) compliance and can act as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations. Our services also include site-based client project management support, construction management, commissioning support and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) management.
