Heat circulation thermostats | KISS • Compatible Control

Heat circulation thermostats are specially designed for temperature control of externally attached applications with a small volume. The devices are fitted with bath vessels made of stainless steel or transparent polycarbonate and have rear-side pump connections as standard as well as a stainless steel bath cover with a filling opening. All models are fitted with an overtemperature and low level protection system according to safety class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable fluids. A powerful pressure-suction pump ensures optimal heat transfer to external attached applications.

    2. Heat Exchanger Refurbishment

      Heat Exchanger Refurbishment

Our state-of-the-art refurbishment centre allows our trained engineers to test and restore heat exchangers. When heat exchangers begin to show signs of wear, our refurbishment services aim to restore equipment performance and extend asset lifespan. This may involve repairing, upgrading, or reconditioning components to bring them back to optimal operating condition. Refurbishment offers a cost-effective alternative to full replacement, helping chemical facilities improve reliability while controlling capital expenditure.

    3. Heat Exchanger/Pasteuriser Integrity Testing

      Heat Exchanger/Pasteuriser Integrity Testing

Moody Heat Exchangers conducts integrity testing to assess the structural condition and reliability of your heat exchanger. Using advanced inspection techniques, their engineers can detect issues such as corrosion, leaks, or material degradation that could compromise performance or safety. These assessments allow operators to make informed maintenance decisions and ensure equipment continues to meet operational and regulatory standards. We provide two methods of integrity testing. Firstly, the GasTest 3000. This test uses the advanced Hydrogen gas to not only detect defects on a micron level but to identify any future weaknesses in your plates and gaskets. This can be vital when implementing a preventative maintenance plan. Secondly, the PasTest 2000 also detects defects, by circulating water around your plates to identify cracks. We provide both services to give you the option to choose the most suitable test for your heat exchangers and overall production.

    4. Hellma 3 in 1 flow cell

Hellma 3 in 1 flow cell

The Hellma 3 in 1 flow cell is ingeniously engineered, compact and more capable than any other cuvette! Crafted from finest quartz, with black quartz masking, and fully fused monolithic construction, the 3 in 1 is physically tough, with high chemical and temperature resistance; it is even autoclavable! Hellma’s quartz cold-casting technology has enabled our engineers to sculpt the head of the cell to include quartz M6 screw threads for a secure flow connection, fused into the same single monolith, the cell is leak proof under pressure to at least 5 bar! Ergonomically designed with 4 apertures creating 2 perpendicular light paths, each with a different path length, it can be rotated in place to change path length with a simple twist, while still connected to the eluent flow, used as a standard transmission cell with variable path length and for orthogonal fluorescence measurements, it even has a locator dot for ease of alignment tracking. Ideal for tablet dissolution analysis – as absorbance increases over time, with a simple 90-degree rotation the path length can be reduced to boost your instrument sensitivity. Perfect for use with a dissolution cuvette array, the variable path length is sensitive enough to test precious, low concentration pharmaceutical analytes!
