Dust Combustibility Testing (Group A/B)
The Dust Combustibility (Group A/B) test is conducted to assess whether dust or powder will form a flammable atmosphere or support flame propagation when dispersed as a dust cloud in the open air. This test categorises dust or powder into one of two groups: Combustible (Group A) – Flammable or explosive Non-Combustible (Group B) – Non-flammable or non-explosive

Dynamic Light Scattering Instrument: Litesizer DLS
Litesizer DLS delivers best-in-class particle sizing with automatic angle selection to prevent errors, while MAPS technology yields the highest-possible peak resolution. Continuous transmittance monitoring detects sedimentation and agglomeration during measurement, enhancing measurement reliability. Unique to our dynamic light scattering instrument, cmPALS and the Omega Cuvette improve zeta potential accuracy and repeatability by addressing aging effects and minimising electrical gradient. Our dynamic light scattering instruments also offer fluorescence and polarisation filters, not only for particle size measurements, but also for particle concentration in both MAPS three-angle and single-angle modes.

Dynamic temperature control systems | Petite Fleur • Grande Fleur
The small Tangos mark the entry level into the world of Unistats. The compact dimensions and unique thermodynamics make the Petite Fleur and Grande Fleur ideal for precise temperature control of research reactors. As for all Unistats also the Petite/Grande Fleur models have unique thermodynamic properties. In a direct comparison to other devices in this price class the systems stand alone when it comes to the highest temperature control speed. All models are extremely space saving, simple to operate and can be used flexibly at working temperatures of -40 to +200

Dynamic temperature control systems | Unistat • Tango • Grande Fleur • Petite Fleur
For more than 30 years, the dynamic thermoregulation of the Unistat range introduced a revolution in fluid temperature control. Unistats are the ideal solution for fast and precise thermal control of externally connected applications. In comparison to other circulators, the Unistats offer rapid temperature change and a wide temperature range without fluid change. There are over 60 models to choose from with cooling powers from 0,7 to 130 kW. What ever the application, Unistats provide professional scale-up offering the same stable process conditions from the development lab to production systems.

These can include, lecture-based, on-site pump training and two world-class e-Learning courses. All BPMA courses have been designed and created by experts from the Pump Industry. If you are a pump manufacturer, distributor or engineer anywhere in the world, the BPMA will have a course for you and your team.

Earth-Rite DGS - Dual Grounding System
The Earth-Rite DGS Dual Grounding System (DGS) has two independent ground monitoring circuits that allows operators to ground and continuously monitor two items of metal conductive plant equipment concurrently to less than 10 Ohms, such as two bulk transportation vehicles or other metallic vessels like Ex IBCs and metal drums.

Earth-Rite II MGV - Mobile Grounding
The Earth-Rite Mobile Ground Verification system (MGV) provides automatic confirmation of a positive electrostatic earth connection for trucks collecting and transferring flammable / combustible products. Vacuum trucks and bulk chemical road tankers, including their hoses and hose connections, are at risk of accumulating a static charge during the transfer of product into or out of the truck’s containment system. Static charge is a hidden source of ignition and if discharged as a static spark can lead to the ignition of the product or the atmosphere in which the truck and material handling team is operating. The Earth-Rite MGV has been designed for operators to easily establish and identify the safe earthing of their vehicle prior to any transfer operations.

Earth-Rite II PLUS - Grounding railcars, IBCs and drums
The Earth-Rite II PLUS is an extremely versatile system that may be used to monitor static ground conditions on a wide range of plant equipment, including Mobile Tanks, Railcars, IBC’s, Drums and Containers. The PLUS operates a single mode monitoring system that continuously monitors the clamp-ground connection ensuring resistance in the circuit does not rise above 10 ohms.

Earth-Rite II RTR - Static Earthing Protection for Road Tankers
The Earth-Rite® II RTR is Newson Gale’s dedicated road tanker static earthing system with system interlocks and visual ‘GO / NO-GO’ indication. The system utilises innovative design to ensure positive connection to a road tanker, connection to a verifiable static dissipative ground and a continuously monitored tanker-ground connection of less than 10 ohms. When these parameters are confirmed, the RTR permits, via interlock contacts, the transfer of product and any static generated on the road tanker by the transfer process is immediately transferred to ground. The Earth-Rite RTR operates with a Universal Grounding Clamp. The clamps hard and very sharp tungsten carbide teeth ensure a metal-to-metal contact with a bite that is capable of penetrating through corrosion or paint.

Earth-Rite MULTIPOINT II - Multiple Grounding
The Earth-Rite MULTIPOINT II static grounding system can monitor up to eight (8) individual items of potentially isolated equipment at risk of discharging electrostatic sparks. Grounding and monitoring multiple items of equipment like multi drum loading stations and mixing stations, IBC loading stations and railcar loading gantries, would require a large number of conventional static grounding systems to provide protection against incendive electrostatic sparks. In addition to flammable liquid and gas operations, powder processing equipment that typically include interconnected pipes, fluid bed dryers, hoppers and micronizers would require multiple grounding systems.

EB – PFA-Lined Double Mechanical Seal Chemical Process Pump
The EB double mechanical seal pump is perfectly suited to the high demands of the chemical industry and many others. This highly advanced and exceptionally energy-efficient pump ensures the safe and reliable handling of various types of corrosive liquids. The pump casing is lined with high-quality PFA, which is corrosion- and diffusion-resistant. The thick PFA lining is securely anchored to the metal casing using dovetail grooves, making it vacuum-tight. The metal casing absorbs all mechanical loads caused by system pressure or piping forces. For reliable operation when handling media containing solids, the EB features an open impeller that is resistant to clogging. It is designed for low NPSH values and offers optimal efficiency. Additionally, the plastic impeller is reinforced with a metal core.
