Engineering Consultancy
Projex Solutions provides engineering consultancy services that help clients plan, assess and develop projects with greater clarity, confidence and control. We support organisations across the industrial, chemical, manufacturing and process sectors by providing practical engineering advice, technical studies and strategic project support throughout the project lifecycle. Our consultancy services help clients make informed decisions during the early stages of projects, where effective planning and technical direction can reduce risk, cost and delivery issues later. We support feasibility studies, concept screening, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and project scope development, helping clients evaluate options and establish a strong foundation for delivery. Projex Solutions also provides Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) support, coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities on behalf of clients. This approach provides greater visibility and control while ensuring technical quality and project objectives remain aligned throughout delivery. Our team supports framework agreements, programme management, GAP analysis, design validation and due diligence reviews. We also provide specialist consultancy services including factory layouts and relocations, sustainability planning, User Requirements Specifications (URS), vessel and containment inspections, and equipment qualification support. We work closely with clients to understand operational challenges, regulatory obligations and business objectives. By combining technical engineering knowledge with practical project experience, we help organisations identify risks early, improve decision-making and develop practical, compliant and commercially focused solutions.

Engineering Design
Projex Solutions provides engineering design services that support industrial, manufacturing, chemical and process sector projects from concept development through to detailed construction information. Our multidisciplinary capability helps clients develop safe, efficient and practical solutions aligned with operational, regulatory and commercial requirements. Our services cover process, mechanical and EC&I engineering disciplines. We produce process design documentation including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process calculations, control philosophies and pressure relief studies. These services help clients understand, optimise and safely manage their operations while ensuring systems are designed for reliable long-term performance. Within mechanical engineering, we provide layouts, construction drawings, pipework design, equipment integration, 3D modelling and 3D scanning services. We also produce installation information including isometrics, line lists, valve schedules and as-built drawings. This supports accurate fabrication, improved coordination and smoother construction delivery, particularly within complex operational environments. Our EC&I engineering services include power distribution design, cable routing, lighting layouts, instrumentation design, loop sheets, control panel specifications and hazardous area electrical design. We ensure systems are safe, compliant and suitable for operational requirements. Projex Solutions places strong emphasis on safety, operability and buildability throughout the design process. We work closely with clients, operators and contractors to ensure designs are practical, coordinated and aligned with project objectives. Our team also supports concept development, design reviews and technical specification writing to help clients make informed decisions at every stage.

Engineering Services - from integration to new built facility
We provide our engineering services for your investment project as an integrated solution. We have many years of experience in the planning, design and construction of industrial plants. We bundle our expertise together in our unique, integrated service concept: sustainable process and plant engineering, adapted to your specific technological requirements. We support you from the initial idea to turn-key production with our comprehensive advice and reliable project management.

Enhanced BCA Protein Assay Kit
Product Application: Accurate determination of protein concentration with most sample types in protein research, affected much less by protein compositional differences. Instructions for Use: The working solution is prepared by mixing Reagent A and Reagent B at a 50:1 ratio. Amount to Use: Add 20 μL of standard or sample and 200 μL of BCA working solution per well.

Environmental Commitment
The Box Factory supports environmental responsibility through the use of recycled corrugated materials, efficient manufacturing processes and a strong focus on waste reduction. Our commitment to sustainability is reinforced by investment in on-site solar panels, helping to reduce reliance on non-renewable energy and lower our carbon footprint. By optimising material usage and producing packaging designed for recyclability, we support more circular, environmentally conscious supply chains without compromising performance or reliability.

Enzymatic Hydrolysis
Our infrastructure provides 30 L, 100 L, 500 L, and 1000 L enzymatic hydrolysis reactors to carry out efficient conversion of both first-generation (1G) and second-generation (2G) feedstocks into fermentable sugars under controlled conditions. These reactors will enable precise control of key process parameters such as temperature, pH, agitation, and enzyme dosing, ensuring optimal hydrolysis performance across different scales. The availability of multiple reactor volumes will support process development, optimization, and scale-up studies, allowing us to generate reliable and reproducible data for a wide range of feedstocks. This integrated capability will strengthen our ability to advance biomass-to-bioproduct conversion processes and support the development of commercially viable and sustainable solutions.

EPIC and AquaManager
EPIC: EPIC proprietary risk assessment software, now offered to all customers, dramatically enhances the compliance process by uniting all information for unparalleled efficiency, data collection, and asset management. EPIC takes a new approach to compliance by identifying the actual root cause of problems, so our engineers can work closely with customers to reduce risk in a quick, cost-effective way. Real-time reporting of compliance status and live updates from engineers in the field ensure that EPIC is always on top of compliance management, helping us deliver on our promise to make compliance simple for our customers. AquaManager: The AquaManager IT platform is an integral part of the way we deliver Water Treatment services. It allows utility usage to be accessed 24/7 and supports report writing and trend analysis, providing: • Real-time reporting from our field-based activities • Results and copies of reports, available before engineers leave site • A complete history of system performance, maintained within a dedicated customer portal • Scope for integration with a wide range of customer CRM systems • Fully-automated order management and report handling. AquaManager also helps customers reduce carbon emissions and monitor costs and efficiency more effectively. Its reporting tools can assist in the preparation budgets and forecasts.
