PEFP-482 (PE Foam Flame Retardant - Gray-Brown Powder)
PEFP-482 is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly, microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant designed specifically for PE, EVA, PP, ABS, and polymer foaming systems. Its advanced organic microencapsulation significantly improves thermal stability, compatibility, moisture resistance, and dispersion, reducing the typical risks associated with uncoated red phosphorus such as oxidation, gas formation, and surface blooming. PEFP-482 offers high phosphorus content (≥95 % active flame retardant), excellent char formation, and a strong flame-retardant effect at low addition levels, making it ideal for construction foaming, wire and cable compounds, and safety-critical polymer foam applications.

Pegasus® Mixer
Years of experience and innovation have enabled Dinnissen to establish a strong line of Pegasus® Mixers. Our in-house developed, perfected, and proven mixing techniques form the basis of all these different mixers. This basis is further expanded with process steps that can be combined with mixing. We think along with our customers and ensure that our machines contribute to an optimal production process, whatever the question may be. Within one production process and one mixer, several process steps can be combined.

Pegasus® R&D Mixer
For product development and research purposes, the purchase of a large mixer is in most cases not necessary at all. Experiments are often done with small quantities because a new batch has to be run after each small adjustment. For these purposes, Dinnissen has developed the Pegasus® R&D Mixer. This is a small mixer ranging from 10 to 200 liters, which allows you to experiment quickly and efficiently with different product compositions and techniques.

PFAS Testing and Regulatory Support
Our scientists apply a range of PFAS analysis methods to identity and determine levels of PFAS in samples. Targeted PFAS analysis offers superior sensitivity and chemical specificity, enabling the precise quantification of the analytes at trace levels. However, this approach is inherently constrained by its scope, as it fails to account for unidentified and polymeric fluorinated compounds. To partially mitigate this limitation, the Total Oxidizable Precursor (TOP) assay is frequently integrated into analytical workflows. By utilizing an oxidation process, the TOP assay converts polyfluorinated precursors into measurable perfluorinated carboxylic acids (PFCAs), thereby providing a more representative estimate of the total PFAS environmental load in a sample. PG-50 is a microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant paste designed for use in coatings, epoxy systems, and polymer formulations that require high flame-retardant performance with safe handling and easy incorporation. Formulated as a ready-to-use, non-dusting paste, PG-50 eliminates the typical hazards of powdered red phosphorus while maintaining high phosphorus content (45–55 %) and excellent dispersion stability. The product provides high efficiency at low addition levels, is halogen-free, and complies with modern environmental and safety regulations such as RoHS and REACH.
