Precious Metals
RECYCLED PRECIOUS METALS: PLATINUM, PALLADIUM, RHODIUM, RUTHENIUM, IRIDIUM Precious metals are the silent backbone of advanced chemistry. Indaver gives you a one stop, closed loop route to recover precious metals directly from liquid phases, typically originating from your homogeneous catalyst processes. We manage the full chain - from safe ADR logistics and tailored process selection to settlement and delivery of refined metal to your account - so you get maximum value with minimum operational burden. With two complementary process lines and a toolbox of technologies—including precipitation, adsorption, and thermal methods—we handle complex, variable, and low concentration streams (ppm level) in aqueous and organic matrices. Our experts choose the most efficient recovery pathway based on lab work with consistent performance. Significant carbon savings are obtained: for palladium, our recovered metal has been estimated at ~1 t CO₂e/kg vs. ~25 t CO₂e/kg for primary mining - about 97% lower - while improving supply security and price resilience. By returning high value metals on your metal account and (where feasible) recovering accompanying solvents, we convert complex industrial waste into value. Our transparent settlement procedures, administration & reporting, and mass balance approach give finance and compliance the confidence they require - while your operations gain predictable, circular metal supply that supports targets for EU Green Deal alignment and resilient manufacturing.

Pressure Vessels for Water Treatment
Pressure vessels, also known as DI or resin tanks, are important components along with resin, salt or carbon in water treatment systems to reduce hardness and contaminants in water. Typically found in commercial water treatment, industrial facilities, manufacturing and power generation applications, Fileder’s range of vessels are constructed from food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) and reinforced with fibreglass for added strength, temperature and pressure ratings, then subjected to rigorous pressure and cycle testing. Available in Standard and Premier configurations, and components to suit differing operations, these vessels come in sizes from 6x13” to 16x65”. Brands available: SPECTRUM

PREVENTOL® CMK
The product has a broad and very balanced spectrum of activity covering Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, mould and yeast. Particularly effective against putrefactive bacteria and therefore suitable for use in products which are difficult to preserve (e.g. protein-based formulations).

PrintoLUX Signo Solution
PrintoLUX Signo is a unique printing solution for inkjet printing onto metal and hard plastic labels and signs. It uses a patented printing solution, for cleaning, printing and oven curing the printed image. This results in a full colour high resolution printed image which is very resistant to water, chemicals, UV sunlight and physical contact damage. For really tough environments, we offer a special weathering protective foil (PrintoLUX® UVplus protective foil) which provides the extra tough durability that maybe needed. The innovative process has been designed to be very straightforward, using design templates to help the user prepare the printing file in Adobe Acrobat or Bartender software. The full design package includes text, logos, graphics and colour elements, number serialisation and many barcode symbologies. DTM have 11 label material options available, including aluminium, stainless steel, brass, polyamide, and adhesive films. These are available in a wide choose of sizes, with custom sizes made to an agreed MOQ. The improved process allows the printing to be ‘delivered’ onto a wider choice of coated materials than in the past. Once printed in on the Signo flat-bed printer, the printed sheets are placed in a small curing oven for approximately 10 minutes. This heating process affixes the printed image to the underlying substrate giving outstanding results. The Signo package has been designed for in-house use, where printed label and signs can be prepared quickly and on-demand at the point of delivery when needed. Typical applications where this solution is already used includes cable harness labels, equipment signs, information serial number plates, safety signs, pipeline labels and on engineering equipment front panels and enclosures. And within many industries including automotive, machine and plant engineering, within chemistry and pharmaceuticals, in the energy industry, aerospace, maritime industry, logistics, hospitals and the food industry.

Prisma - Stepper Motor Metering Pumps
The PRISMA dosing pump is the best solution for the highest precision dosing with extreme reliability. The versatile stepper motor and sophisticated MultiFunction software offer absolute control over dosing speeds and working modes, as well as high flexibility. The ENCODER control knob allows easy navigation through configuration menus and control and adjustment of working parameters. The backlit display can also signal different working states: pump running; stand-by; warning; alarm. TURNDOWN RATIO PRISMA pumps offer extremely precise control with an incredible turndown ratio of up to 4800:1. This allows the dosing process to be subdivided up to a maximum of 4800 steps to enable the most precise and even distribution of the product to be dosed. SLOW MODE. The Slow Mode function, when enabled, allows the suction speed to be reduced from 100% to 1% of normal speed, making priming and dosing easier, more reliable and accurate even with very viscous liquids.

Prius - Motor Driven Dosing Pumps
