Heat Exchange Group is the leading UK and worldwide designer, manufacturer and service and maintenance provider for heat exchangers, heat recovery systems, boilers, and pressure parts.

The Group was formed in 2018, following the merger of Green’s Power (which was established in 1821) and Thornhill Heat Exchangers. In 2022 Heat Thermal Technologies joined the Group.

In 2023 Heat Exchange Group became the UK’s exclusive approved channel partner for PHE manufacturer API Schmidt-Bretten, which is part of global heat transfer solutions partner API Heat Exchanger.

Heat Exchange Group operates from its head office and factory in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and its Service Centre and factory in Prudhoe, Northumberland.
