The Lutz group is a leading German manufacturer of drum pumps, dosing pumps/systems, chlorine dioxide & electro-chlorination systems and associated process controllers for use within the process, F&B, Pharma, water, wastewater & leisure industries.

Drum pumps for safely transferring fluids are available from stock in PP, PVDF, Hastalloy C, Aluminium, 316SS, 316SS Sanitary with a variety of motors, ie/ 110v, 230v, air, ATEX and newly released the B1/B2 Battery versions with rechargeable batteries and chargers for total portability.

The B1 Battery drum pump can empty 400L on a full charge and only available in PP, while the B2 Battery drum is available in PP. PVDF or 316SS and can empty 2500L on a full charge. These battery drum pumps can handle fluids with a maximum viscosity of 200cps (B1) and 400cps (B1). 95% of requirements can be handled from our well stocked warehouse in Coventry.

Chemical dosing pumps & Disinfection systems with multiple types of control options are available for client led specifications in today’s demanding applications with remote connectivity including Modbus/RS485 and Profibus enabling flow of data to client PCs or handheld devices. A choice of dosing pumps from simple manual speed control to pumps with display of dose rate and pulse, 4-20ma, batch or timer dosing modes are available from stock for flows between 0.5 – 400 lph.

To complement the dosing pumps, a complete array of accessories from back pressure valves, pressure relief valves, suction kits with 2L level switches, hose (PE, PVC & PTFE), injection fittings, dosing tanks and bunds are also stocked in Coventry.

For those requiring pre-assembled systems, we can mount pumps/multi-function valves onto dosing tanks and within dosing enclosures with pipework, valves, heater/thermostats, junction boxes and bund level switches.

Our vacuum based chlorine dioxide systems for legionella control and process water disinfection and onsite chlorine generation systems from the electrolysis of saturated brine for pool water or drinking water complete the LUTZ-JESCO offering.
