M Seals specializes in providing innovative sealing solutions for a wide range of applications for industrial use in all kinds of industries.

The company headquarters is located in Denmark with a 7000M² warehouse, office, laboratory and QA departments. We have expanded our reach globally over the years and now have established offices in several countries around the world, including the UK, Sweden, Finland, Poland and China. This global presence allows us to serve our customers better and provide innovative sealing solutions for a wide range of applications. With this extensive office network we can offer our expertise and services to businesses worldwide, no matter where the location.

In addition to offering a large range of standard sealing products, M Seals also provides custom molded seals and bespoke machined seals to meet the unique needs of our customers. M Seals has 10 CNC machines in Denmark and UK and uses in-house CAD/CAM production software to design and manufacture seals.

We are proud to be ISO certified in several areas, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9120:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 and our own production is documented according to the IATF 16949:2016 standard

Custom Parts

M Seals manufacture and supply machined and moulded parts to your design in rubber and PTFE. We offer narrow tolerances, special material compounds and compliance to your specifications. Our engineers uses CAD/CAM software when helping you through your product design. M Seals lab is available for you during the whole process to make sure that your product will be manufactured in the correct material, in the best profile etc.

Gaskets and Washers

M Seals provides a wide range of Gasket and Washers. Bonded seals are sealing discs that seal threads and flange joints. The discs consist of a metallic ring and a rubber sealing pad bonded together. They are available in metric and inch dimension. A Spiral Wound Gasket is the most common metallic gasket used in industrial plants. A properly selected and installed spiral wound gasket can withstand high temperatures and pressures, preventing leaks throughout their intended lifespan. A flange gasket is used to fit between two sections of pipe. Each pipe section has a flared area that provides a surface for the gasket to attach to. A gasket can be produced with holes (full face gasket) or as a ring gasket without holes. Standard flange gaskets are fabricated to be compatible with ASME/ANSI pipe flanges.

Hydraulic Seals

Pneumatic and Hydraulic seals are rings that are designed to seal areas between the components inside a hydraulic cylinder. A hydraulic cylinder contains many different components, some of which are exposed to high pressure, high temperature and fluids. Hydraulic seals are designed to fit the specific components in a hydraulic cylinder while creating a leak-proof seal around them, to prevent fluid from leaking around these components.

Spring Energised Seals

Spring energised seals, often referred to as lip seals or SE-Seals, were originally developed to replace elastomeric O-rings for service in high pressure applications, particularly when low friction and wide chemical compatibility are needed. SE-Seals have a specific U-shaped seal profile and they are machined from a wide range of polymeric materials, often based on PTFE with special fillers, which can help improve wear, extrusion and permeation resistance. They are energised via a choice of different spring geometries and materials all of which are application dependant and chosen on their merits. SE-Seals can be used in all types of sealing applications from static to dynamic, both rotary and reciprocating. They are effective from vacuum up to pressures of more than 8,700 psig (600 barg), increasing to beyond 18,850psig (1,300 barg) if anti-extrusion backup rings are also fitted. SE-Seal designs are available for seals to operate at temperatures as low -196°C and as high as 260°C.
