IBC Services - Inspection and UN-Testing

All UN-approved containers used for the transport of hazardous goods by road or rail must be inspected and pressure tested at intervals not exceeding two and a half (2.5) years. In addition, a more thorough test of metallic IBCs is required every five (5) years.The responsibility for carrying out this test and ensuring that containers without a valid UN test are not in use sits firmly with the operator. The test can be delegated but the responsibility cannot. Therefore, accurate records of the UN test dates for each IBC should be maintained by the IBC operator.The UK requirements are detailed in the following regulations: ADR Chapter A, Part 4 and Part 6 and UN Transport of Dangerous Goods Volume IIPH Europe inspection and testing services.Keeping your IBCs, supply chain, and your people, SAFE

IBC Services - Cleaning to EFTCO standards

PH Europe delivers clean IBCs ready for use at the front end of your supply chain.Standard tank cleaning of the last product transported in the IBC and preparing an IBC for the safe use with the next product.PH Europe also works with customers to develop specific cleaning procedures for specific products in order to achieve the required cleanliness. This may include high-level inspection services such as ATP swab testing with the results recorded on the cleaning documentation.EFTCO standards - “A tank shall be described as clean when there are no visible traces or odour of the last product or cleaning agent following an inspection from the man-lid”.RENT -> FILL -> CLEAN -> REPEAT

New lightweight design - stainless steel IBC - details below

New design IBC - 1200 x 1000mm Lightweight, frameless, UN-Approved

Introducing the latest addition to the lightweight, frameless, stackable, range of stainless steel IBCs. UN-Approved for the transportation of hazardous liquids by land and sea, with a 1200x1000mm footprint.With external dimensions of 1200 x 1000 x 1270mm, the IBC guarantees efficient space utilisation for transport loading, warehousing racking, and storage.-> 26 containers fit on the loading area of a standard truck. -> 50 containers can be stacked and transported in each load. -> 40 containers can be loaded into a 40ft high-cube sea container. The frameless IBC is made entirely of stainless steel and the container emptying process is optimised by the low dead space outlet design.The IBC can be produced in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 for liquids and paste-like substances and is certified in accordance with UN dangerous goods legislation (ADR/UN 31A/Y) with a maximum filling density of 2.0 kilograms per litre.Approval for production filling volumes of 500 to 1,000 litres has been granted by the Federal Office for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) in Berlin.The new lightweight container is suitable for many applications including pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, personal care, inks, coatings, paints, and the adhesive industry. ATEX certified - Electrically heated IBCs

On stand R90, PH Europe Ltd will be presenting the twin walled, insulated, electrically heated IBC, designed to heat and protect temperature sensitive products.Heating up media or materials in stainless steel containers and maintaining a consistent temperature is best achieved using our high-quality, customised, RCB heatable containers.Available from 500Ltr up to 1000Ltr and with a heating capacity of up to 120°C.
