Specac has worked with chemical manufacturers for decades to develop robust process analytical solutions for some of the most corrosive liquid sample streams. In close cooperation with our customers, we introduced several innovative features to our liquid NIR process flow cell range to ensure a reliable solution which could then be rolled out to all major production units across the world. Following the successful roll-out of the liquid flow cells, a robust NIR gas cell range was developed. With Specac process flow cells the composition of several reactor process streams on a demonstration unit can be measured on-line to optimize production processes. These solutions can then be rolled out onto the full scale production plant, with cell specifications being considered at an early stage. Working with partners across the industry, Specac continues to deliver innovative process cell solutions and is using its decades long experience gained in the field of process analysis to help our customers delivering robust solutions.
