Fluidwell BV Instrumentation
World-renowned for the ruggedness of their housings and displays, Fluidwell BV has chosen UK Flowtechnik to distribute their entire instrumentation range in the UKBuilding on our experience with flowmeters the Fluidwell range seamlessly integrates into the existing UK Flowtechnik portfolio with the aim to extend their market share in the UK. With a full range of capabilities from simple loop-powered displays to more complex Hydrogen and energy monitoring applications, you will find one for your application. Fluidwells trademark 'F' series field/wall or meter mounted case uses an enclosure so rugged it can survive being driven over by a truck and still function as normal. Virtually all industry-standard sensor signal types can be used, including Namur, NPN, PNP, Reed switch, Sine-wave, Pt100, reed resistance chains, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and 0-10V. These can be scaled and viewed in all known units with outputs from a simple switch, analogue signals to serial communications such as Modbus and HART. Fluidwell displays can be used in virtually any safe area and hazardous areas that require ATEX, IECEx, CSA, FM or c-us approvals, and can come as Explosion (Flame) Proof or Intrinsically Safe. Agitator Drives
DST agitator drives made from stainless steel 1.4435/1.4404 are available as overhead drive or bottom mounted drive. The overhead drive prevents the escape of any hazardous gases or the ingress of contamination during agitation. By using a bottom mounted agitator drive, the agitator is hermetically sealed, thus preventing any escape of the medium.

RN3 High Pressure Axial Turbine Flowmeter
Due to ever increasing demand for higher and higher pressure ratings in modern systems, UK Flowtechnik has introduced its new 1034 Bar pressure rated axial turbine flowmeter with 1502 Hammer Union connections. This impressive turbine flow meter is machined from a solid piece of Alloy A286 and comes complete with a pressure test certificate to 1551 Bar (22,500 PSI), guaranteeing quality for the most demanding of applications. Safe area, hazardous area (ATEX/IECEx) and high temperature options are available, along with remote or directly mounted converters and displays.

RS Series Helical Screw Flowmeter
The RS Helical Screw flowmeter excels in its own right being highly accurate (+/- 0.5% of reading) and ideal for pump/valve testing and hydraulic cylinder positioning such as revolutionary wave-power devices and aerospace fuel valves and pumps to name but a few. The design of the helical rotors gives a low pressure drop and low shear compared to circular gears meters making ideal for extremely viscous, non-Newtonian or filled materials such as epoxy resins, Polyols, Isocyanate and Silicones. The innovative interpolation electronics allows the meter factor to be adjusted to suit every application with K factors of up to 400,000 P/L possible. The high temperature version is suitable for media temperatures of up to 210°C, making the meter suitable for brake and gear box testing along with high temperature resin applications as seen in the latest RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and Carbon Fibre moulding techniques.
