Speaker Bio:

I have been an Assessment Manager with UKAS for 18 months within the AFLA section with a Food and Farming background. I assess ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17021

I have a BSC (Hons) in Agriculture degree and manage a Beef and Sheep Farm in the Brecon Beacons in South Wales.

Before the role I assessed on behalf of Certification Bodies to ISO/IEC 17065 for farming schemes for over ten years and before this managed an Organic farm for a college.

I have experience in Catering as an Events Manager within the hotel sector and in Inspection for farming and food processes.
