We have extensive experience in oppositions and appeals at the EPO. Our German patent attorneys and rechtsanwalt in Munich, can assist clients in obtaining German IP rights, including utility models, which can provide a cost-effective strategic alternative to patent protection.

In addition to obtaining trade mark registrations both in the UK and the EU, as well as internationally, our trade mark team frequently handle contentious matters.
