Unity
Oxford Instruments introduces Unity, a new detector for a revolutionary new imaging technique in the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Unity is the world’s first Backscattered Electron and X-ray (BEX) Imaging detector. It seamlessly combines backscattered electron and X-ray signals to deliver rapid high-definition colour images embedded with elemental data as you navigate around your sample. Based on a revolutionary design, which includes both backscattered electron and X-ray sensors within the same sensor package, Unity is located directly beneath the pole piece and has been engineered to maximise signal collection, ensuring it can be used at normal imaging speed and operating conditions, making imaging elementary. The high-speed BEX data collection of Unity makes it easier than ever before to image and analyse an entire sample in minutes, changing the way SEM is used.

Universa
LAUDA Universa represents a new generation of bath thermostats – reliable, precise, and powerful covering a temperature range from -90c to +300c. Three clearly defined performance classes – ECO, PRO, and MAX – offer the ideal solution for a wide range of internal and external applications in laboratories, research, and industry. Whether entry-level, all-rounder, or high-end system: all variants impress with high temperature stability, powerful heating and cooling capacities, and modern digital functions for high efficiency and process reliability. LAUDA Universa combines intuitive control, maximum connectivity, and future-proof cloud integration – for greater efficiency, control, and safety. Additionally, all units run on natural refrigerants, and use variable speed compressor and fan technology to obtain maximum energy efficiency whilst maintaining an eco-friendly and compliant design.

Universal Design Ejectors
Traditional Ejectors are fixed-design devices that are custom designed to perform at specific operating conditions. However, Transvac understands that processes are not always fixed and predictable and conditions can change over time. That’s why we invented our patented ‘Universal Design’ Ejector technology. The patented Universal Design (UD) comprises an external pressure retaining shell (the Ejector body) into which two replaceable components are fitted, the Nozzle and Diffuser. The geometry of these two components give the Ejector it’s operating characteristics. As process conditions change, the Universal Design Internals can be changed-out with new Internals which are optimised for the new conditions.
