      The Coflore ACR is a benchtop flow reactor suited for process development. Consisting of 10x reactor cells connected in series that are actively mixed, the ACR behaves as 10 CSTRs and is ideal for labs that require a multipurpose reactor that has a clear scale up route (via our ATR and RTR systems). There are many literature examples of processes developed in the laboratory that have been scaled up into a production plant. The actively mixed nature of the Coflore ACR also enables you to develop multiphasic processes such as hydrogenations, and crystallisations.

      The Coflore ATR is a pilot/production scale flow reactor suited for a wide range of processes including multiphasic reactions with slurries. With a variable reactor volume between 350 mL and 10 L within a single footprint, the ATR offers versatility in developing processes at pilot scale and then taking them forward to production in the same reactor. For a 5 minute residence time, a 10 L ATR can process ~80,000 L per month. AM Technology are well versed in providing systems into a range of environments with varying regulatory and technical requirements such as ATEX and GMP.

We handle ULT Freezer relocations with a meticulous approach to safeguarding mission-critical samples, employing state-of-the-art lifting and handling technologies and Cold Chain services if required. Our dedicated team have a wealth of operational experience across CL1 – CL4 Laboratory environments including Cleanroom settings and are trained in the safe handling of hazardous materials, IMPs, controlled substances, cryogenic liquids and compressed gas. For hazardous goods logistics, our ADR-certified experts ensure full compliance with international transport regulations.

      The compact Minichillers inspire as an economic and environmentally-friendly cooling solution for many laboratory applications. Due to its low procurement price the investment has already amortised itself within a very short time. The devices only require small area for installation on the laboratory table and and are therefore very suitable for cooling of reactor blocks, vapour barriers, vacuum pumps, rotary evaporators or heat exchangers. The devices ensure constant temperatures and throughflow quantities and are designed for continuous operation at ambient temperatures of up to +40°C.
