Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is a high performing homogeneous vinyl floor covering in sheet form designed for cleanroom applications. It is highly resistant to microbiological damage and has good resistance to chemicals and staining. Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is coated with a photo-reticulated polyurethane surface treatment that provides surface finish and cleanability suitable for cleanroom contamination control. It particularly withstands hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) type decontamination processes. Suitable for high footfall and heavy loads, Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is available in 15 non-directional colour references with a choice of vibrant and natural tones with a matt effect finish. MKP - Stainless Steel Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pump
The sealless and energy efficient MKP is the pumping heart of your process: robust and reliable, it is tailored to handle sensitive, aggressive, dangerous or solids-laden fluids. Its design and CP’s ingenious technology match exactly the chemical and other industries’ requirements. With its special design using an inverted drive configuration, the MKP requires no plain bearing carrier. The pumped fluid provides optimum lubrication and cooling of the centrally located impeller bearing assembly, also allowing solids-laden and low-boiling media to be pumped. Depending on the pumped medium, it can handle fluids containing solids in concentrations up to 30% with a particle size up to 1 mm. The pump is constructed with just a few robust components using an intelligent modular system that facilitates assembly and minimises the costs of spare parts, maintenance and servicing.

MKP-Bio – Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump for Sterile Processes
The seal-less magnetic drive pump MKP-Bio was specifically designed for the sterile handling of liquid media in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and food industries. It was developed in accordance with the EHEDG recommendations, the design criteria for hygienic machinery as defined by the European Hygienic Engineering Design Group. Furthermore, the MKP-Bio fully complies with the DIN EN 12462 standard and the 3-A hygiene standards. Since the MKP-Bio does not feature a shaft seal, the ingress of microorganisms into the pump is effectively prevented. Torque is transmitted via a magnetic coupling designed according to the reversed drive principle. Thanks to its unique construction, the MKP-Bio also does not require a sliding bearing carrier. The single-piece, centrally arranged impeller bearing is optimally flushed and cooled by the pumped liquid. This design enables the MKP-Bio to achieve excellent operating characteristics.

MKP-S - Stainless Steel Self-Priming Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pump
The sealless and self-priming MKP-S is your heavy-duty solution in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry for handling solids-laden fluids. It pumps fluids reliably and absolutely safely – with suction lift up to 8.5 m. With the integral suction chamber in the casing, no separate reservoir is necessary as the pump evacuates the suction line itself by creating a vacuum. Even air pockets in the suction line pose no problem. Designed using an inverted drive configuration, the MKP-S requires no plain bearing carrier. As the pumped fluid provides optimum lubrication and cooling of the centrally located impeller bearing assembly, it can also handle solids-laden and low-boiling media containing suspended particles in concentrations up to 30% with a size up to 1 mm.
