    2. Mounting Kits - for linear actuators

Mounting Kits - for linear actuators

Our LinKit mounting kit and the new LinKit-Maxx revolutionise the mounting of actuator accessories on linear actuators for position feedback and control, in accordance with DIN EN 60534-6-1. Thanks to the LinKit series, your applications are ideally equipped to integrate various components, such as limit switch boxes, dual sensors or positioners, with ease - regardless of the type of interface they have. The highlight: LinKit series has a modular design, providing you an easy installation, simplified storage and the right set for your application available at all times. Your benefits at a glance: ISO F05: Perfect for limit switch boxes 2x Ø8.5 mm and 65 mm hole spacing: Ideal for positioners 80x30 mm in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845: Customised for double sensors Easy installation of the inline solenoid valve directly on the linear actuator And best of all: All components are made of robust stainless steel (AISI 304) - for maximum durability and resistance to corrosion. With LinKit and LinKit-Maxx, you can rely on its flexibility, efficiency and sustainability. Take the next step into a new dimension of assembly, now!

    3. MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations)

      MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations)

Our focus since 1980 has been to provide the best possible service to our end users. This comes from our large inventory of finished valves and automated packages where we supply a same-day and next-day delivery service. This can be regionally, nationally, or internationally through our strategically located facilities around the UK and Europe. The combination of excellent geographic coverage in Europe, our team of experienced sales engineers, and extensive inventory enable PCE to support day-to-day operations and emergency or shutdown situations. We have built our business around our excellent reputation for MRO supply with many of our large multi-national end users having used PCE continuously since the group’s infancy. This is a testament to our first-class sales and operations teams who are always on hand to support our clients. Our offering includes: Broad and deep inventory holding. AML compliant manufacturers. In-house AML review. 24/7 call out. Consignment stock programs. Stock management for end users. Quarterly reporting for KPIs. Constant supplier auditing. In-house pressure testing and PMI testing for incoming stock. Over 30 years of experience in valve automation. Valve actuator sizing in-house. On-site training. Pre and post-sales support from skilled professionals. In-house valve modifications. Local, national, and international supply. International sourcing. Strong manufacturer relations. Dedicated distribution agreements with internationally recognised and trusted manufacturers. All of our facilities have in-house pressure testing capabilities and valve automation centres.

    4. Multisize Sample Carousel

      Multisize Sample Carousel

The Multifunctional Sample Carousel enables the fully automatic sampling of samples with varying sizes. You determine the size of the samples, and how many samples of a particular size you need. Whereas the Sample Carousel could already take multiple samples completely automatically, the Multifunctional Sample Carousel takes things one step further. As the name suggests, this solution allows you to specify exactly what the sample sizes should be and how many samples of those sizes should be taken.

    5. Nanomaterials Analysis

      Nanomaterials Analysis

Intertek analytical nanotechnology laboratories measure nano-particle size, morphology, dispersion, uniformity, optical and physical properties, and chemical composition. We support regulatory compliance across REACH, Cosmetics Regulation and more. We also support R&D and innovation through to production and production problem solving. Intertek nanoscale nano-material research helps clients understand the use of inorganic fillers for the toughening of plastics, the incorporation of conductive particulates such as carbon nano-tubes to produce antistatic or electrically conductive composites, and the use of nano-clays to improve the barrier properties of films or coatings, among many other applications. Nano-scale materials research and development: Nano-particles analysis: Analysis of particle size and morphology using electron microscopy Application of image analysis to generate quantitative information on size and shape distributions Carbon nanotubes analysis using raman spectroscopy to monitor tube diameter and sample purity, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), as well as elemental analysis to provide information on sample purity or catalyst residue content Coating analysis using spectroscopic techniques, or by surface analysis Scratch Testing Nano-dispersions analysis: Optimum properties are dependent on achieving uniform dispersion (lack of aggregation), and sometimes on the control of orientation Use of techniques such as electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction and spectroscopic methods to characterise the composite morphology and quantify aspects of homogeneity or orientation Development of on-line measurements, as part of a manufacturing process Processing of nano-materials: Polymer matrix, filler content, physical properties and processing conditions investigations Mechanical properties (e.g., toughness, scratch resistance or impact strength) Optical performance (e.g., clarity, reflectance, refractive index)
