    1. PPAP-31 (PP Flame Retardant - White Powder)

PPAP-31 (PP Flame Retardant - White Powder)

PPAP-31 is a high-efficiency, halogen-free phosphorus–nitrogen synergistic flame retardant based on piperazine pyrophosphate. It provides strong intumescent flame-retardant performance in polyolefins (PP, PE, EVA, TPE) while maintaining low density, mechanical strength, and excellent processing stability. PPAP-31 generates a dense and stable carbon layer during combustion, significantly reducing smoke, CO emission, and dripping, enabling UL94 V-0 performance at moderate dosage levels. It is non-toxic, RoHS/REACH unrestricted, and suitable for formulations requiring long-term thermal and humidity aging resistance (85 °C and 85 % RH for 1,000 hours).

    2. PPV2-8H (PP Flame Retardant - Black Master Batch)

PPV2-8H (PP Flame Retardant - Black Master Batch)

PPV2-8H is a high-efficiency flame retardant masterbatch combining bromine and phosphorus synergy for use in polypropylene systems, including new PP, recycled PP, and toughened PP (PP + POE). Its optimized formulation provides strong flame-retardant performance at low addition levels (4–10 %) while maintaining color stability, mechanical properties, and processing safety. Suitable for both injection molding and extrusion, PPV2-8H is engineered as a cost-effective, environmentally responsible flame-retardant solution for polyolefin applications.

    3. Pre-processing

      Pre-processing

To get the most out of your biorenewable materials, it is often necessary to prepare them for further use. This is especially the case with biomass (incl. waste), as these often have high water content and are bulky. We have a dedicated range of pre-processing equipment to be able to help from start to finish with your biomass – including drying, milling, pelletising and oil pressing. At our facilities, we have the equipment to dry large volumes of plant material, hull seeds, press the oil from seeds, mill both wet and dry materials to a range of sizes and produce pellets. Beyond this, we also have the capability for pre-processing biomass via enzymatic processing. All our systems are typically in the 1-100 litre/1-100kg range and use technologies that are available at commercial scale and therefore pre-processing carried out in our facility can easily be carried forward into full manufacturing.

    4. Precious Metals

      Precious Metals

RECYCLED PRECIOUS METALS: PLATINUM, PALLADIUM, RHODIUM, RUTHENIUM, IRIDIUM Precious metals are the silent backbone of advanced chemistry. Indaver gives you a one stop, closed loop route to recover precious metals directly from liquid phases, typically originating from your homogeneous catalyst processes. We manage the full chain - from safe ADR logistics and tailored process selection to settlement and delivery of refined metal to your account - so you get maximum value with minimum operational burden. With two complementary process lines and a toolbox of technologies—including precipitation, adsorption, and thermal methods—we handle complex, variable, and low concentration streams (ppm level) in aqueous and organic matrices. Our experts choose the most efficient recovery pathway based on lab work with consistent performance. Significant carbon savings are obtained: for palladium, our recovered metal has been estimated at ~1 t CO₂e/kg vs. ~25 t CO₂e/kg for primary mining - about 97% lower - while improving supply security and price resilience. By returning high value metals on your metal account and (where feasible) recovering accompanying solvents, we convert complex industrial waste into value. Our transparent settlement procedures, administration & reporting, and mass balance approach give finance and compliance the confidence they require - while your operations gain predictable, circular metal supply that supports targets for EU Green Deal alignment and resilient manufacturing.

Predictive Maintenance as a Service - One subscription, our full package

Predictive Maintenance as a Service (WaaS) is I-care’s turnkey offer that combines Wi-care™ wireless sensors, the I-see™ platform, AI-driven analytics, and expert diagnostics into one fully managed solution. We install, connect, monitor, analyze, and guide maintenance actions—so your teams stay focused on production while we focus on performance. What you get in one subscription: • Wi-care™ sensors on your most critical assets • Continuous condition monitoring (no cabling, no heavy infrastructure) • Automated data streaming to I-see™ • 24/7 surveillance from I-care monitoring centers • Analyst-validated alerts (signal, not noise) • Diagnostic reports, recommendations, and follow-up • Reliability dashboards and performance reviews Zero complexity, zero CapEx: no software to install, no configuration burden, and no long internal ramp-up. We set up your asset list and start delivering insights from day one. WaaS helps you detect faults early, plan interventions at the right time, avoid unnecessary preventive work, reduce unplanned stops, and improve reliability, asset lifetime, and OEE. Supported by AI and powered by specialists in vibration, lubrication, IR thermography, ultrasound, and electrical monitoring, you gain the leverage of an extended reliability team—without hiring. You receive clear health status, anomaly details, severity levels, and prioritized actions aligned with your operational constraints—ready to integrate into your CMMS. Scalable by design: start with a handful of critical machines (pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, fans, conveyors, etc.) and expand across sites as needed, regardless of industry or maturity level. Visit our booth for a live WaaS demo and see how manufacturers deploy predictive maintenance in days—not months.

    7. Predictive production processes

      Predictive production processes

Predictive production uses soft sensors, multivariate statistical process control, and hybrid first-principles/machine learning models to turn operator know-how into practical, data-driven guidance. In continuous, batch, and hybrid plants, correlated time-series from DCS, PAT, and related systems are analysed in real time to flag deviations early or “just-in time,” predict quality or equipment health, and recommend set-point changes or maintenance windows. Predictive control keeps units stable as feeds and utilities vary. It operates close to constraints without breaching them, improving on-spec rates, reducing process upsets, and protecting assets.
