Pilot Operated Piston Type Steam Valve (NC/NO) HCP Series
The HCP series is available in sizes ranging from ½ inch to 2 inches. It operates at 1.5 to 12 bar for applications such as steam, hot water, and hot air. For higher pressure requirements, the HCP series supports 4 to 45 bar and is suitable for high-pressure water applications, air, oxygen, and similar media, delivering reliable performance in demanding operating conditions.

Pilot Plant

Pilotclave - Large Scale Pressure Vessels
Large scale pressure vessels to 500 litres. High pressure and high temperatures possible.

Pinch Type Solenoid Valve (NC/NO)
The UFLOW pinch type solenoid valve (Normally Closed / Normally Open) is designed for applications where the fluid contacts only the tubing, minimizing contamination and wear. It features an aluminum body with internal stainless-steel parts and is suitable for clean media such as water, food fluids, gas, medicine and petrochemicals. The valve offers 12 V DC, 24 V DC, and 230 V AC power options and is ideal for hygienic and contamination-sensitive systems where non-metal contact with the fluid is preferred.

Pipeline Pigs
HPS pipeline pigs are a core component of pigging systems, enabling efficient and reliable liquid product recovery from pipelines during transfer, changeover, or cleaning. Available in hygienic and industrial-grade materials, they are designed to suit a wide range of process applications, including aggressive, viscous, and high-value fluids, while ensuring safe operation and consistent performance.

Pipettes by IKA
IKA introduces the IKA PETTE multi, a series of mechanical air-displacement pipettes with either 8 or 12 channels for precise dispensing in microtiter or deep well plates. IKA's pipette portfolio of 24 models includes ten single-channel pipettes with fixed volumes (PETTE fix), eight with variable volumes (PETTE vario), and six models of the PETTE multi.

Pipetting Academy
ESSLAB’s popular CPD Accredited Pipetting Academy Workshops provide comprehensive training for the correct use of all types of pipettes and dispensers - to ensure accuracy of results. All academy's are CPD accredited and provide training in accordance to ISO 8655-2022 and ISO 17025 (UKAS), as required by ISO 15189 & GxP, including calibration checks and routine pipette maintenance.

PITe with U-PACE
The magnetic-inductive flow sensor PITe is used to measure the volume flow of liquid, slurries, pastes and other electrically conductive media with minimum pressure drop. Pressure, temperature, density and viscosity does not affect the volume measurements. Any solid particles and small gas bubbles should be avoided. The sensor PITe has the following significant characteristics: • simple design • maintenance free • compact design • minimum pressure drop

PKL Pneumatic Impactors

Plaster
Plaster, specifically Plaster of Paris, is a quick-setting gypsum plaster made of fine white powder (calcium sulphate hemihydrate) that hardens when wet and left to dry. Its chemical formula is CaSO4.1/2H2O indicating that it is a dihydrate compound. When heated it forms an anhydrous calcium sulphate. Plaster and Plaster of Paris exhibits several properties, including being fire-resistant, with low expansion (expanding slowly and slightly upon setting), and forming a robust surface to resist regular knocks after drying. Plaster of Paris is non-flammable, and non-combustible, and has low chemical reactivity. Plaster is most commonly valued for being easily and rapidly mixed in with very good uniform dispersion and stable rheology properties, although other performance benefits include: - Easily dispersed with stable rheological properties - Good cure rates and thermal conductivity - High chemical resistance - High purity grades can be used in specialist pharmaceutical and food manufacturing Grades Available AgM:P10 Alpha Plaster AgM:P20 Beta Plaster/Casting Plaster AgM:P30 Jiggering Plaster AgM:P40 Ram Press Plaster AgM:P50 Ceramic Moulding Plaster AgM:P60 Case Plaster
