FT Gas Control Systems designs, manufactures and commissions gas pressure control systems. We offer flange protectors and other related accessories for gas pressure reducing systems and pipelines, along with additional items such as pipe spacers and spray shields.
Flange protection is a regular subject of conversations with clients. Flanges not only demand effective sealing to properly prevent leakage but they must also be cathodically isolated to prevent stray currents which cause corrosion and eventual breakdown of the metal. FT Gas Control Systems offers the effective solution that absolutely addresses the challenge of corrosion – Kleerband® flange protectors. To complement the flange protectors, we offer Kleergel® corrosion inhibitor grease.
FT Gas Control offers a range of bespoke safety spray shields, which are made to suit client application. Designed and developed to contain and detect hazardous spray-out, the shields are deployed to protect equipment and personnel should a leak or spray-out of acids, chlorine, caustics, chlorine and/or other dangerous liquids occur at piping connections. Also known as flange guards, the spray shields are available for all ANSI, DIN, PN, BS flange sizes and produced from polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE, PVC and stainless steel.
