Based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, we boast a 37,000 sq. foot manufacturing facility complimented with a 6,000 sq. foot environmentally controlled clean room for high purity fabrication work. We have over 35 years’ experience in orbital welding and is an industry expert in orbital & hand TIG welding Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Duplex & Monel. Our experienced team can weld tubing to fabricate components for the semiconductor, renewable energy, aerospace, pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries.

We are committed to continuous investment in specialist equipment that enables us to manufacture high quality components and complete system builds for one off fabrications, prototyping, and batch work through to continuous manufacturing volume production. Our engineering know-how and advanced manufacturing capabilities allow us to meet the ever-changing demands of the sectors we supply. Site Installations

Orbital Fabrications is an industry leader in on-site installation of process gases and fluids, providing these services to the semiconductor, process, renewable energy, as well as the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

Our specialised teams are experienced in the on-site installation of high purity and ultra-high purity gases, with full technical documentation and testing certificates provided once the job is completed, including leak and pressure testing certificates, welder qualifications, weld maps, and material certificates.
