What is Tantaline treatment?

Tantaline® treatment – 50 μm layer of the metal tantalum alloyed to the surface to significantly enhance corrosion resistance of the material.

Tantaline utilizes a patented Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process which delivers the most corrosion resistant material commercially available for surface protection.

Enables prolonged operation in harsh environments such as hot acids and sour gas, extending component lifetimes, reducing downtime.

Applied in chemical processing, oil and gas, next generation energy, semi-conductor manufacturing and mining industries.
