
VipyDone™ T AVP-Series
VipyDone™ T AVP series are substantive, film-formers delivering wear and water-resistance and moisture barrier properties. AVP 16 is liquid at room temperature, AVP 20 melts slightly above body temperature, and AVP 30 is firm textured and used in solid formats. All three grades are hydrophobic and insoluble in water.

VipyDone™ T Carbomers
VipyDone™ T Carbomers are highly efficient anionic thickeners based on cross-linked acrylic acid suitable for multiple applications. They are high molecular weight acrylic acid polymers that do not dissolve but disperse and swell in water and polar solvents.

VipyDone™ T FD Polymers
VipyDone™ T FD Polymers are highly efficient anionic thickeners based on hydrophobically modified cross-linked acrylic acid., they offer self-wetting, without mixing they disperse rapidly in water and polar solvents. VipyDone™ T FD Polymers offer rapid wetting and swelling time without need for high shear mixing.

VipyDone™ T HEC
VipyDone™ T HEC is a non-ionic, water-soluble polymer supplied as a white, free-flowing granular powder. The viscosity achieved is dependent on concentration and is not significantly affected by pH, salts, hydrophobic interactions etc. VipyDone™ T HEC is easily dissolved in cold or hot water to give crystal-clear solutions.

VipyDone™ T K-Series
VipyDone™ T K-Series are a series of polymers covering a range of viscosities supplied as either powders or in aqueous solution. They are readily soluble in polar solvents and form hard, glossy, clear & oxygen permeable films. They can be used as an effective tablet binder due to their strong adhesive properties. The K-Series are compatible with most organic salts surfactants & other films formers.

VipyDone™ T VA-Series
VipyDone™ T VA-Series are readily soluble in water and other polar solvents. They form hydrophilic, transparent, flexible, thermoplastic, oxygen-permeable films which adhere to many different surfaces. The adhesive strength increases with VP content and cohesive strength increases with VA content.

VISCOFLUX Drum Emptying Systems
VISCOFLUX drum emptying systems are engineered to efficiently transfer extremely high‑viscosity materials from lidded drums. Equipped with a FLUX Viscopower progressive cavity pump, ViscoFlux models provide continuous, gentle product removal with very low residue—typically leaving less than 1% behind (under 2% when drums have liners). Whether dealing with slow‑moving viscous fluids or non‑flowing substances like tomato purée or petroleum jelly, VISCOFLUX systems ensure smooth, low‑shear, low‑pulsation transfer. Viscopower progressive cavity pump
Made in our dedicated facility near Stuttgart, Germany, the Viscopower series replaces the successful Flux F500 range. The Viscopower progressive cavity pump models F570 (with planetary gear) and F580 (with bearing flange) are engineered for pumping low to very high viscosity media (up to 100,000 mPas) from drums and IBCs. As a positive displacement pump, it delivers smooth, constant-pressure, pulsation free transfer, handling shear sensitive liquids with care. It provides high delivery pressures up to 15 bar and flow rates up to 80 l/min, with operating temperatures up to 100°C. A key focus of the Viscopower design is simple, intuitive, and fast disassembly. Its sophisticated construction allows the pump to be taken apart in under one minute without special tools—an important advantage across industries and especially in food and pharmaceutical applications. Quick fit bayonet connections for 3 phase motors, tri clamp connections throughout, and a robust, easily removed stator housing further enhance ease of use. The modular system enables a wide range of motor, gearbox, stator, rotor, and seal configurations, allowing the pump to be tailored precisely to the application. Versions include Ex certified explosion proof models, FDA/EN1935 food grade variants, and 3A certified options meeting international pharmaceutical standards. The pump can operate vertically or horizontally and is available in multiple immersion lengths (700, 1000, 1200, 1500 mm).

VP - 9003 ADP (Organic Phosphorus)
VP-9003 is a high-efficiency, halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant based on an organophosphinate (hypophosphite) structure, developed for advanced polymer systems requiring superior thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, and high dispersion. Its ultrafine particle size (D95 < 10 μm) ensures uniform dispersion in epoxy resins, phenolic resins, modified polyesters, and adhesives. With a phosphorus content of ~23 %, excellent electrical insulation, and decomposition temperature above 350 °C, VP-9003 is ideal for demanding electronics, adhesives, and high-performance composite applications.

VP - M220G ADP (Organic Phosphorus - White Master Batch))
VP-M220G is a high-performance, halogen-free, organic sub-phosphonate flame retardant formulated for engineering thermoplastics exposed to high processing temperatures and high shear conditions. With phosphorus content ≥17.5%, excellent thermal stability (≥350 °C), and low smoke generation, VP-M220G delivers UL94 V-0 classification at low loading levels (~20 wt%). Its white, low-dust cylindrical pellets ensure clean handling and consistent feeding, while its excellent color stability, high CTI value, and mechanical retention make it suitable for reinforced nylon, polyester, and alloy systems.
