The Viscopower progressive cavity pump models F570 (with planetary gear) and F580 (with bearing flange) are engineered for pumping low to very high viscosity media (up to 100,000 mPas) from drums and IBCs. As a positive displacement pump, it delivers smooth, constant-pressure, pulsation free transfer, handling shear sensitive liquids with care. It provides high delivery pressures up to 15 bar and flow rates up to 80 l/min, with operating temperatures up to 100°C. A key focus of the Viscopower design is simple, intuitive, and fast disassembly.
