LabBox Lab automation out of the box

Automate laboratory equipment easily with the LabBox® from HiTec Zang. The LabBox® is your entry into the digital laboratory. You can easily automate experiments and processes and gain time for more runs: Connect any sensors and devices Freely configure the user interface Define automated experiments Document or export experiment data Unbeatable price-performance Bench Top Applications No experiment is too simple for automation. Whatever you have in mind with LabBox, all processes can be precisely measured and controlled: Live monitoring of measured value trends Define PID controllers and if-then relationships Monitor experiments remotely (Microsoft Windows 10 or Android) All measure values transferrable to other programmes Batch Applications Define batch processes graphically. In the case of repetitive processes, you can easily define batch sequences in graphical mode. For more than 4 blocks at the same time, the HiBatch option is required. For many functions, preconfigured routines are already available, for example: Temperature ramps Control dosing unit Regulate pH value Distillation Continuous Applications Operate laboratory equipment via a central interface. The LabBox makes it easy to connect and control everything from one interface: Switch valves Define set points Create control loops and cascades quickly and easily Connect devices and controllers seamlessly Other Applications Integrate further laboratory equipment with the LabBox. You can connect many other devices, such as cameras and microscopes via the IP interfaces of the LabBox. This allows you to visually monitor and evaluate processes, for example: Single images “take a picture every 2 minutes” Video “record for 30 minutes if temperature <70ºC” observe precipitation Sequence report with time stamps

    3. LABORATORY MOVE SPECIALISTS

      LABORATORY MOVE SPECIALISTS

Leveraging decades of expertise with top-tier pharmaceutical organisations, our teams are highly sensitive to the delicate workings of a laboratory, recognising and working alongside GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines. We understand that relocating a laboratory is different from any other commercial move. Each piece of equipment must be handled according to its specifications; every bench, sample, and instrument must be meticulously packed, stabilised, and handled with precision - arriving intact and ready to use. Our experienced Project Managers work closely with your laboratory supervisors, equipment suppliers, and facilities teams to ensure a seamless transition from one site to the next. Every relocation begins with detailed planning and risk assessments. We conduct site surveys, identify access routes, investigate potential hazards, and map out the entire process before a single item is moved. By combining methodical preparation with hands-on expertise, we deliver moves that are efficient, compliant, and stress-free. Our dedicated laboratory relocation service has been developed to meet the exacting standards required within scientific environments, where safety, accuracy, and continuity are critical. We cover every aspect of the move — from initial consultation through to final installation. Whether you’re transferring one piece of equipment, research critical samples, a small research suite or an entire facility, we provide a tailored plan designed to minimise downtime and protect your assets throughout.
