The LED Highbay is ideal for use in very high and large hazardous work areas. ATEX, IECEx and UKEX certified to Zone 1 and 21 , the high powered, ceiling mounted lamps have a lumen output of up to 25,932 lumens and are IP66/67 rated making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. 2 Versions available, either 24 or 32 LED configurations.

Lid Pressing Roller
Ensures a quality seal with round, square and oval lids. It has an adjustable roller for sealing buckets of different heights. Reduces worker injury and with a safety hood with automatic shutdown for worker safety. It can be integrated into the bucket line.

The wave box is our "classic" model and an absolute all-rounder. From mechanical to inductive, slot type to dual or reed sensors, we can build in almost all types. It is available in plastic and aluminium and delivered with adjustable mounting brackets, either in glass fibre reinforced plastic or stainless steel.

Limit Switch Boxes AISI 316L / Standard / Ex-Proof
The neptun box, having all its external parts of high value stainless steel (AISI316L), is particularly resistant to corrosion and pitting. It is therefore suitable for off-shore deployment and chemical industry, as well as environments containing salt, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate and further aggressive mediums.

Limit Switch Boxes Ex d (Pressure-resistant housing)
nxt-d is our next-generation flameproof limit switch box (Ex d), designed to replace our previous aluminum “d-box” series. The housing is made of copper-free aluminum (<0,05 % max. copper content) and features a rectangular design that allows us to integrate the proven modular system of our “wave” series. This makes it suitable not only for harsh environments with high demands on stability and resilience, but also for applications in salt atmosphere, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate. The i-box is the smallest limit switch box in our product range. It is especially suitable for applications in narrow places with little space and also for assembly on small actuators with 80x30 mm hole spacing with 20 or 300 mm long shafts. Thanks to its sophisticated mounting system, it could be assembled on your actuator quickly and easily and without a bracket.

Our UK laboratory generates electrostatic test data for your liquids. The liquid conductivity test is conducted to establish whether a liquid will allow an electrical charge to migrate through it or not and therefore evaluate its ability to accumulate and retain a charge.
