It allows users to monitor and manage remote assets in near-real time. Raw data is delivered to PowTechnology’s MetronView platform. Users are able to log in to MetronView to see live readings, trends and historical information. This information can be analysed, interpreted and used to initiate automations and send alarms. MetronEx IIoT Sensor Gateway
MetronEx is based on our robust, proven Metron telemetry hardware and developed for safe remote monitoring of sensors in hazardous areas. (Zone 2 and 22) The MetronEx is part of PowTechnology's Metron range of IIoT gateways and is ideal for industries, such as chemicals, oil and gas, water and waste amongst others. As with existing Metron telemetry hardware, PowTechnology’s MetronEx is self-contained, weatherproof (IP66), compatible with thousands of sensors, easy to retrofit and remotely configurable via our MetronView cloud. Reliable data is sent securely to PowTechnology’s MetronView IIoT platform (ISO27001), where unlimited authorised users can be set up, in a permissions hierarchy, to receive data and alerts on any web-enabled device. MetronM Modbus IIoT Gateway
MetronM is PowTechnology's multi-purpose IIoT gateway delivering rich, reliable, digital data via RS485 Modbus RTU from PLCs, meters, HMIs, smart sensors, drives and machines. It acts as a master, using RS485 Modbus RTU to collect data from a broad range of slaves, including PLCs, meters, HMIs, smart sensors, drives and machines. This rich, reliable, digital data is collected and transmitted via mobile phone networks to PowTechnology’s versatile MetronView platform, creating alerts and actionable insights to improve productivity, sustainability, compliance, safety and other key performance areas. MetronView IIoT Platform
MetronView is PowTechnology’s ‘universal’ IIoT platform – agile and responsive, collecting data from a vast array of sensors, machines and other devices, via a powerful suite of IIoT building blocks, which integrate GSM/GPRS, Sigfox, LoRa, LoRaWAN, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, CAN, MODBUS & IO-Link.
