Standard Transvac Tank Jet Mixing systems entrain 3-parts suction liquid for every 1-part motive liquid, achieving quick mixing times. In-house CFD simulations can be carried out for critical Jet Mixing applications, to optimise the mixer designs and layout.

Our Tantalum-based treatment, called Tantalineยฎ, allows your components to work in extremely aggressive environments such as hot acids, sour gas and sea water, for extended periods of time. Tantalineยฎ treatment โ€“ 50 ฮผm layer of the metal tantalum alloyed to the surface to significantly enhance corrosion resistance of the material. Tantaline utilizes a patented Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process which delivers the most corrosion resistant material commercially available for surface protection. Enables prolonged operation in harsh environments such as hot acids and sour gas, extending component lifetimes, reducing downtime.       VAK KIMSA has a test center for conducting trials with our clients' products directly at our facilities. We provide various agitation and in-line mixing equipment with tanks of 15l, 50l, 80l, 150l, 1,500l and 25,000l, enabling empirical validation of a wide range of processes. The pilot plant is equipped with a viscometer and data acquisition system to analyze product rheology and optimize fluid dynamic, mechanical and energy performance of the agitators, ensuring efficient industrial scale-up.
