nxt-d is our next-generation flameproof limit switch box (Ex d), designed to replace our previous aluminum “d-box” series. The housing is made of copper-free aluminum (<0,05 % max. copper content) and features a rectangular design that allows us to integrate the proven modular system of our “wave” series. This makes it suitable not only for harsh environments with high demands on stability and resilience, but also for applications in salt atmosphere, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate. The i-box is the smallest limit switch box in our product range. It is especially suitable for applications in narrow places with little space and also for assembly on small actuators with 80x30 mm hole spacing with 20 or 300 mm long shafts.
